I waited 30 minutes and still didn't get my order.
Update: I asked the supervisor, a girl named Shulazia came and in the end she said that this is how we work, have a good evening.

This low rating is relative other Chick-Fil-A restaurants and is all about service. The first problem is that it’s the slowest CFA I’ve ever been to. The 2nd problem is that they don’t use the CFA app so you can’t use electronic gift cards. Being in the hospital, this is especially inconvenient as loved ones and friends often give electronic CFA gift cards to make things more convenient for patients and family members while they are staying in the hospital. The last and least significant issue is the limited menu options but if they are slow with a limited menu then they probably don’t need to have a full menu. The food quality is as good as ever.

The staff at this Chic-fil-A go above and beyond with their customer service and timeliness. They can get extremely busy especially with being a location in the hospital but they always stay consistent! The manager (I think he’s the manager) is so helpful and always out front helping the other employees out when needed. And Jerrika is an absolute angel - she’s made my day multiple times just with her customer service skills alone! They definitely have the right people running this location & I’ll always be a customer!

This was the first time visiting Chick-fil-A and the order was messed up. I talked to a manager the next day and corrected the error.

our grandson is currently at the childrens hospital. They gave him chic fil a gift cards. Today he wanted chic fil a, and finding this one on google was just a few minutes walk, I thought was awesome, until I got there. No signs telling you it's in that building. no signs IN the building telling you where it is. When I got there they were having trouble with their machines and told me it was cash only. I told her I had gift cards, they told me they don't take gift cards at that store. I said fine just give me a kids 5 nugget kids meal, she very rudely told me they don't do kids meals there. I just turned and walked out, a couple blocks down are Burger King and McDonalds. Don't bother going to this one, if you can find it, they're not at all customer service oriented

Customer service is to be desired. This location has the rudest, unpleasant employees ever.
Its unfortunate. This location gets so much business and people are hesitant because of cold food and rude people.
You can't even get a shake in the morning even though they they use the shake mix for coffee, make it make sense.
This location needs to close down rehire and train and then open back up.

At the hospital UAB went to get something to eat and was told they were closed. Then hospital workers walked in behind us and placed an order. Rude. Needs to be closed down.

They have their own schedule. We all know not open on Sundays for our Savior Christ but this one isn't open on some Mondays,Saturdays.......... maybe for other religions?

The rudest employees of any Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been too. Professionalism is an understatement. They need to be shutdown till they can get new workers. Takes over 20 minutes just to get food. All away round RUDE & HATFUL attitudes!

PLEASE BEWARE! This location is rat infested, I recently had the worst experience working with this store. They have caught several large rats coming from under the cashier counter and also in the freezer.

This is so bad because they are feeding doctors, nurses and patients this food that rats are eating off of. I just left out an told a nurse there that rats were sitting on top of the bread in the kitchen area. The nurse replied and said "omg me and my coworkers get sick everytime we eat there " this is a serious problem and district manager Mario doesn't care. Employees have witnessed him catching up 6 rats at a time with HIS BARE HANDS! Please report this to the health department so that they are shut down asap.

I was at the UAB location and found a large bug on my chicken sandwich. I was so outdone and in disbelief thinking this is Chick Fil A why is there a bug on my sandwich. The staff did refund my money and apologized for the situation which was appreciated. They tried to offer me free food but by that point I had loss my appetite so I turned it down.

I am Currently in the UAB heart transfer wing awaiting a new heart. All I wanted from Chic fl-A was simple milkshake. When ordering, she was treated very rude by the staff with lack of respect as a customer. This is the second time this has happened to her during our stay. My wife was being very patient as possible during this event and did not complain. This will be last time she will visit at this location. Very unprofessional for such a repeatable co.
