Take this advice from a UAB student. This Chick-fil-a is actually the worst I’ve ever been to. It’s slow, there food is mediocre and always comes slightly cold, they have it set up to only work with GrubHub so no refills, the selection of food is limited and the management is never to be seen. Overall, I wish Chick-fil-A would reel in this location and run it like a normal Chick-fil-A and not one on a campus. I ordered a drink today and I’ve been waiting for 30+ minutes. So in summary: the management is bad, they are understaffed, the employees are uninspired, they don’t embrace normal Chick-fil-A standards, and the food is sad. This location has so much potential, but is underwhelming in so many ways.

Went to this location 30 minutes before closing to get meals for our family of 6. The staff was very rude and bothered that we came in. The young woman at the counter said they didn’t have what we wanted. We left and went to another Chick-fil-a.
Chick-fil-a has a reputation for good food, cheerful and polite staff. We have been to many locations in different states and always found this standard. Unfortunately, this location may need some retraining.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me a regular..I'm so disappointed and in disbelief because they are located in a hospital to where I thought you were suppose to be on you P's&Q's ...what if I was allergic to something that I didn't order..CHICK CHICK GET IT TOGETHER..
