All levels of Management. If you know an employee or incoming employee is not supposed have colored hair, earrings, etc, please open your mouths and tell them. You see people first so address it first. I don't care what they have read or signed. This issue is suspect anyways. Can be racial. Alot of blacks will play with the color in their hair and others but I guess it doesn't look professional for us. A blonde white person can dye their hair ginger/orange and still be ok because a lot of them are born like that. These people have saw this employee twice , the interview and orientation. People of Management now, and they should know it's a no. This employee was not told straight forward, it's a no for that color neither time. First day, their sent home because of hair color and I blame management. Lost money and probably trust after being seen all this time , getting up early in the rain and actually liking how the day is going, all to be sent home. Management, get together and everyone needs to be on the same page about this bc if you see it say something immediately and not ask " did someone talk to you about that". It would y'all pleasure to do that for me. Chik Fila y'all are just as questionable as other fast food restaurants. Same barrel.

For some reason, people rating this CFA think its the one in the shopping center (abt 2mi away) with a Drive Thru and a Parking Lot. IT IS NOT.
This one is inside of the Samford University Student Center/Caf. It is subcontracted through their food service and unless I'm mistaken, the employees are not actual CFA employees but Aramark. The food I have gotten there is alright, but doesn't seem to be the same quality as a regular CFA. They also don't offer everything that a regular CFA offers and they do not honor the Rewards App. The prices are also a little higher.
There is no parking as it's set up in a food court specifically designed for students and university employees. Be prepared to walk a LOOOONNNNGGG way from your car to the store. Inside is noisy and the wait is long because there are so many students. Most of the time the employees are super nice, but like anywhere, there are occasional bumps in the road. If you are already on campus, it is a good option vs eating in the cafeteria.
Parking: The campus is loaded with students and employees... visitor spots are few and far between. Be prepared to walk a long way.
Kid-friendliness: It is not kid friendly. It is built for College Students only.

I hate food courts, so ignore the low atmosphere rating. They served the best chicken sandwich I've ever had from Chick-fil-A.
I went through the drive thru and although it was busy they were very efficient and the food was amazing. Probably the best of any Chick fil a I have visited.

Great service and restaurant. The new layout of the parking lot is a bit weird, and the employees do their best and are all very polite, but you run the risk of becoming trapped in the drive thru if theres any kind of hold up ahead of you, bc theres no way to exit the lanes after you get into them due to the new parking lot layout.Recommend ordering on the app and picking up in store or getting curbside to avoid the drive thru, esp if you have anxiety or any agoraphobic tendencies related to driving

So I CAN'T GET MY CHICKEN COOKED HOT ON MY SALAD? I DONT LIKE COLD CHICKEN The cashier never let me know I couldn't get hot chicken instead of cold chicken HE said ok to my order when it was time to get my order my chicken was cold i told the other worker that handed my food that I didn't want my chicken cold he took the salad back tried to fix the problem but one of the kitchen crew member told him I couldn't get what I wanted because that's how they come he took my salad to the back then he threw it back the same wayYou know what's the worst part I had two order 2 "HOT" CHICKEN FILETS THEY ACT LIKE THEY OWN THE COMPANY THE WORST PART IS THAT THEY ARE MY OWN RACE I WILL NEVER COME BACK

I visited this location while in town and I always order the Cobb salad with grilled filleted/shredded chicken when I’m home in Atlanta but when I asked if it came the same way and was told yes, then receive a whole chicken sandwich on my salad I was highly disappointed…. They would never in Atlanta smh
