Great service and restaurant. The new layout of the parking lot is a bit weird, and the employees do their best and are all very polite, but you run the risk of becoming trapped in the drive thru if theres any kind of hold up ahead of you, bc theres no way to exit the lanes after you get into them due to the new parking lot layout.Recommend ordering on the app and picking up in store or getting curbside to avoid the drive thru, esp if you have anxiety or any agoraphobic tendencies...
I love Chik-fil-A, but this visit was a 2-3 experience. The newly renovated building and property are very nice. The chicken sandwich was delicious as always. Unfortunately, with just one young lady taking orders behind the counter and a couple of other people walking around seemingly oblivious or uninterested, the service was poor compared to the Chik-fil-A standard. Certainly, they were in no hurry. Service not up to par but I'll still give them a 3 rating for the everything...
