First 5 star breakfast at the airport location. Elijah needs to be recognized for his exceptional customer service! What a friendly, polite, respectful young man. And my food was perfect-even the hash rounds that are often undercooked. Glad I didn’t opt for their competition!

Thru BHM airport often and have stopped at this Chick-Fil-A many times. I must have a terrible memory because this place has been consistently low rate. Food takes way too long, it is generally cold and Service is ridiculously slow, with the employees showing visibly they could care less. And it impossible to get your Chick-Fil-A points. In fact, while hopelessly trying to get my points and searching for the BHM location restaurant # (which is conveniently NOT printed on the receipt) got a messsge saying there is no Chick-Fil-A location at BHM. Most locations are pretty good, but this one is the worst Chick-Fil-A by far! Today is my last eating at this place. Cannot believe Chick-Fil-A allows their name to be used here!

The food was good and hot, as usual for CFA
BUT the service was SO SLOW AND BAD
There were multiple employees at the front but it was like they were trying to move as slow as possible to not have to work
They ran out of straws and all seemed to be unbothered about trying to find any while customers were asking for them
One older gentleman with a walker had been waiting when we got there to order and he asked about his order twice
None of the employees seemed to care and he finally ended up asking for his money back and said he would go spend his money someplace else that cared and had some good customer service
I hate laziness and people who seem TJ be going as slow as possible to not have to work but that is what this CFA seemed like
Very disappointing
Even for an airport location.
They can and should do better!

Usually Chic filet is awesome. However the location at the airport in Birmingham is absolutely horrible. I don’t even know why the employees work here . They could care less. Chic filet should close it down if they are not gonna put the effort in.

The biscuits here were horrible!! It tasted rancid which made the chicken Patty taste horrible. If you throw away 2 chicken biscuits that you paid 15 dollars for then you know it was bad. This location is very subpar!! Do not waste your money!!

They added new order taking kiosks and somehow it made it even slower. Just a giant crowd of people waiting around for their food.

I love the service of Chick-fil-A but this place at airport is rude and very careless about their customers. I’m surprised the corporation allows this store to be open because every other location is very service oriented.

Sadly the worst chick fila experience. The employees here simply do not care which is so unusual. Want to wait 18 minutes for a sandwich and fries? This is the chick fila for you.

This location is a complete disappointment, the team is not motivated to do their job and somewhat combative.
