I decided to give Chick-fil-A another try today, and the entire experience was excellent. Unlike many fast-food places where service feels rushed or distracted, Chick-fil-A’s staff provided attentive, personal service and were genuinely helpful with questions and requests. The food was outstanding—especially the chicken strips, which were large, juicy, and far better than I expected. I left completely satisfied, with zero buyer’s remorse, and honestly didn’t mind the price because the quality and service were worth it. Overall, a fantastic visit.

Whoever runs this company is a genius. Other fast food chains have service and product that is quickly becoming crap. Chic fil a for the win.

Placed a mobile order. Both of my milkshakes were made wrong. The French fries were dry and lacked salt. They left out all the sauce I ordered for three people. My spicy chicken sandwich was good and fresh. The friendliness of the employees is what gave my review a 3 instead of 2. I wouldn't come back based off this experience

I placed a mobile order through the app and was supposed to receive a free Auburn cup, as stated on CFA’s website—mobile orders qualified for the promotion. My mother also placed an order and went to pick up both hers and mine. However, the employee at the window only gave her one cup. When she asked about the second cup, he was dismissive and told her she could not receive another one.

She explained that we met the stated qualifications, but instead of assisting her, he was rude and continued to argue. Ultimately, he refused to provide the additional cup we earned.

This experience left me feeling disrespected, and I can’t help but believe race played a role in how we were treated. Because of this encounter, I am strongly considering boycotting CFA and encouraging others to do the same. For a company that promotes Christian values, the behavior displayed by this employee was anything but Christian.
