Ordered through chick fil app and this store didn’t put our entire order in the bag. The solution they offered was for me to come pick up what they left out. Terrible customer service from the director I spoke with.

Lawd those biscuits were dry and doughy I couldn't finish it and threw it out the tea was so sweet I think I lost a tooth. The girl at the drive through was cool with a great attitude though.

Best Chick-Fil-A ever. The owner/operator is the best in our area and expects the same from his employees. The food and my orders are always correct, which means a lot, especially when I'm in a hurry. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism shown at this location.
Parking: Food and service is good, parking lot is a mess when it gets busy. The drive thru gets backed up and the way they direct traffic around the building, it backs up the parking lot and people that are parking for curbside cannot get in and out of the parking lot because the parking spaces and entrance get blocked by the cars in the drive thru.

This is my first time eating at chick fil a in Alabama. I read the reviews and they are so accurate. My food was extremely cold and dried out. I’ve never experienced cold dried out food from chik fil a. I have no idea what they have going on but they need to do better.

I've been going to the Chick for years now and never tried any of their breakfast food. I have to admit. I have a bias when it comes to breakfast, because it's the most important meal of the day. And the Chick has a chicken breakfast burrito I tried for the first time with chicken, eggs and cheese and it didn't disappoint. The different types of sauce I can apply to this burrito has made me a mad scientist on the loose for more subjects. I will be back for more satisfaction. Thank you.
