They need to change the closing hours to 7:40 instead of 8:00. They had already turned the signed to close and were mopping the floors. Place smelled like bleach. They didn't ask if we were dining in. They just made it for us to take out!!! Won't be returning to this restaurant!!@

Called four times with no answer. I guess since they close in 30 minutes they don’t want to deal with customers.

Tried Chicken Salad Chick on Doug Baker and found the food to be just average. The chicken salad was fine but nothing memorable, and the flavors didn’t really stand out. Portions were okay, but overall it didn’t feel like a place I’d go out of my way to return to.

Service was acceptable and the place was clean, but the food itself was not great and didn’t live up to the hype. It’s decent if you need something quick, but there are better options nearby.

Placed an order online for pick up at 1:00, The place was pure chaos. Customer after customer coming to the front having waited more than 30 - 45 minutes for their food. No apologies, horrible customer service. I received my meal 30 minutes after I was supposed to have it. Food is good here but be prepared to wait.

First time visiting this location today (Ticket#: 243019921) ordered 2 entrees and 2 sides of fruit. They didn't include the 2 sides of fruit ($6.18). Disappointed.

So i ordered ahead online by atleast 2 hours, my order was supposed to be ready at 12:15 for pickup and it is now 12:24 still waiting. I dont know what the deal is with this location, but they never have anything ready on time. I am picking up for a work order so that means i have limited time and i dont even get an im sorry or anything for why my order isnt ready when again i ordered ahead online for a pickup.

Food is always good but lord they are slow as Christmas. Always chatting about person matters taking their precious time. There could be no one in here and you will still wait 15min+ on food you’ve pre ordered. I don’t get it.

Placed a doordash order. They called to let me know their soda machines were down so I gave them my preferred substitute and asked for extra crackers for my chicken salad, the lady said sure. My food gets here and it turns out they decided not to give me ANY crackers AT ALL. Is this some kind of joke?

Why offer curbside when there is no curbside? Inside needs a major update. Trash on the floor as soon as you walk in. Smells of old carpet too. My meal was a 2/10. Pasta salad looked like it was days old. The pickle, which is the highlight for me, even tasted funny. People in the back making the food did not have on any hairnets. Management needs to step up and get this place together.

Orders a turkey club. Got all the way home it didn't have cheese, tomato or lettuce. My sister's sandwich had no bacon or tomato. Really disappointing.

Food is good, but after a 35 minute wait (for a CHICKEN SALAD) and lack of true costumer server it’s not worth it.
Asked for a tip before I was even serviced just to have to refill my own cup, and clean my own table. Don’t ask for a tip if nobody’s going to be waiting on my every need!
