Chicken Salad Chick

I love Chicken Salad Chick, I always get the Fancy Nancy and it’s always good. The food was great but I’m really disappointed in the manager :( I ordered grape salad too & it didnt come out with my food. They were busy so I asked to see the manager & he was so rude to me. I didn’t catch his name but he hurt my feelings and it’s making me not want to return to this location. It makes me so sad bc I love it here. I’ve never seen him before so I assume he’s new :(

The manager Adrian Roche (I asked for his name) was extremely disrespectful to me over an order of sassy Scotty. I simply stated it tasted different and asked if they changed the recipe, just a simple question as I was ordering and he told me if I didn’t like it then I should not eat at their establishment anymore. I didn’t mean anything bad by my question but I definitely will not eat here again. Used to love this place but management has gone downhill extremely with these new hires!

I’m from out of town and this is the first place I go to. Today (11/25 at 1:45) I was pretty disappointed and grossed out to see three teenagers (2 girls and a boy) eating behind the counter, by the food being prepared. I watched 3 tickets come through, that they blatantly ignored until they were done eating what looked like Zaxby’s. There was an older lady with long hair walking in and

You eating and you don’t even change your gloves before making someone’s order, I will not be back to this location.

Food is good but the smell in that place is quite concerning…

When I walked in I greeted everyone and no one greeted me back when I tried to place an order they told me one sec everyone just started staring at me as if I was not supposed to be there so I walked out instead of playing an order very rude employees

I arrived and thinking of what to order I opened the door and the smell of sewage was HORRIBLE ! I was shocked to see 2 people in there actually dinning in there. The poor employees having to breath that all day. Please fix what ever is making that smell. The health department wouldn't approve.

Love Classic Carol on a croissant but the strawberry lemonade stole the show. Wow! So tasty BUT if you are diabetic you need to skip or be heavily medicated because it is SWEET. Pasta salad was lacking but edible.

Always delicious! We love the Buffalo Barclay and Fancy Nancy and this location always gets it right. Their manager, Trey, is fantastic! Great staff, great location, outdoor seating... everything you want for a delightful afternoon meal!

I always get a "Fancy Nancy" on double toasted wheat berry bread, with jalapeno chips and soup of the day. Super yummy. Always very good fast service.

Brought my mom for lunch. I ordered The Chick with Fancy Nancy and mac-n-cheese. I like the apples, nuts, and grapes in Fancy Nancy. I did not enjoy the mac-n-cheese. It wasn’t very flavorful and seemed over cooked to me. It seemed like a weird color. That’s what made me think it was overcooked. I wish I had gotten the spinach salad instead of the mac-n-cheese. The spinach salad was great last time. I just thought I would try something different. My mom said her was ok.

Spoke with the manager 5 different times asking for a receipt on a delivery catering order and was never able to get a copy. Called the 6th time and the manager wouldn't even come to the phone. 1-800 customer service couldn't even find it after an hour on the phone. Poor service, lazy management, and mediocre food.
