This was a wonderful surprise for lunch, as we just thought it a cute name when driving by.We came in to a counter full of people, who absolutely welcomed us and made us feel that they loved working there. One guy (manager/owner?) gave us a rundown on the general concept (chicken salads) and how to order. Other team members joined in, saying "...and you can get these on bread or lettuce." Great way to start the visit!We ordered and waited only a short time before being brought our food. We had a question / issue, and it was not only solved, but the team went beyond to help us feel like valued customers.The restaurant was clean and bright, making for a perfect mid-day meal after a long and busy wedding the night before. Perfect for us visitors needing something refreshing and recharging.

Chicken Salad Chick has grown into a pretty good sized fast casual (an updated term for fast food) restaurant chain.Honestly, I am a bit surprised that for such a specialized menu based around chicken salad, it is surprising that Chicken Salad Chick has become such a viable restaurant chain. But I guess, like myself, a lot of people live chicken salad.The staff at this particular Chicken Salad Chick location is friendly and professional. The ambiance is pleasant and only added to my overall experience. Chicken Salad Chick is a good option for a meal. I would definitely recommend this particular location.

Food is always good and fresh! I love having a quick food option that isn't all French fries and burgers. The grape salad and broccoli salad are my faves, and there are plenty of options for chicken salad! From savory to sweet to spicy, they have it! Butter Cream FrostedGrape SaladAnd who doesn't love that the meals come with a little sweet treat of a buttercream cookie?

I love this place. One of my favorite things to eat is chicken salad. So I love the fact that there's variety I can pick and choose based off mood. The soups are good and their grape salad is the BOMB! They have great customer service and if it's not crowded it's a peaceful atmosphere. Check out any location they all are on the same accord in my opinion.Kid-friendliness: Any kid would love the lunchbox that comes with sandwich and that super delicious cookie. They have high chairs for little kids as well. Nice atmosphere for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for ♿️

You can never go wrong when ordering from here. The Olivia chicken salad is so good. The turkey BLT with the grapes salad and pasta salad is so good. They have never disappoint.

The guy manager Lauren is a disgrace to her race. Met her at some other company, clearly the attitude it still the same. She runs businesses to the ground. They made a BIGback mistake. She won’t last there anyways. CCS is an amazing restaurant though, of course. :)
