The area sketched me out a little bit but we came at 11am and it was just us inside. Bathrooms have a code and we’re pretty clean.

Tried to place my small group order at 10:15 PM. Thought it went through but somehow they kicked it back. I was already on the way. They told me they been closed when I arrived at 10:35. Closing time is 11PM. Be so for real.

I placed an online order at 10:30 AM and my order was supposed to be ready at 11:00 AM. It wasn’t ready until 11:15 AM. My lunch break is over at 12 PM. The store wasn’t crowded and it appeared to me that coworkers were just talking amongst themselves instead of preparing the orders. I ordered a chicken bowl with light lettuce, rice and beans & they went light on the chicken as well. I barely had a normal serving of chicken in my bowl. My $17 was a waste! This location is closer to my job, that’s why I come here but I’m very disappointed in the service and quantity of my food and my time. Something should be done!!
Parking: It’s hard to find parking at this location.

You know what to expect here; it's a franchise. The layout is the exact same as practically every Chipotle. The restrooms are locked. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'd come back.

I will NEVER spend another dollar at this location. The rice hard as hell, the vegetables I waited 15 mins for werent even sautéed down. They were also hard. The chips? You guessed it. Stale as hell. Chipotle is too high for yall to have such poor quality food. Either shut this location down or get new management! If I could give zero stars, I would!

Denzel was working alone tonight and was Phenomenal! He had great customer service and beyond professional! We will definitely be returning because of Denzel! Will use this location for our company catering events as well!

Food 1/10, service -1000/10. I walk to the counter and order “2 regular sized chips and queso” which is $4.65 an order. He grabs my REGULAR SIZE QUESO, and then asks if I need anything else and I said no. I paid $12 and then said there were no chips in my bag. I was told very rudely that he asked if I wanted anything else and I had said no. So then I said that I didn’t want anything additional to what I just ordered. And he said if I wanted them it would be like $5.60. So I paid because I can’t eat my two cheese dips with a spoon, and then when I grabbed them I was yelled at by the cashier. Huh. Also now looking at the recipe I was charged for two large orders of queso. Also, my cheese is bad and old and there are like 15 chips in each bag. Please go anywhere but here

Don't you know we love overpaying for food that's never ready when it says it's going to be. Doesn't matter if you're a customer or a doordasher it seems like this place never has the food ready when it's supposed to be ready. I'm 20 minutes past the time my food was supposed to be ready amd I'm still waiting. Why do I even make a time to pick up if it won't be ready??. Everyone has a busy schedule as it is and this has interrupted me for 20 extra minutes i did not expect to account for when I already made the pickup time later in the evening. Overpriced food not at your convenience but your inconvenience.

I went around lunch time and maybe that is why the staff was hurrying customers along. The line wasn't even long. I'm sure they get super busy and stressed, but I felt like I was an annoyance just for coming in there to order food. I don't understand the hype for Chipotle. It wasn't worth $12 for a bowl mostly filled with rice.
