The restaurant had just opened and there was trash on the floor. The staff member who prepared the to-go orders looked very upset and I listened to her be very rude to the customer in front of me. In regards to my order, the steak didn’t look fresh and was tough to chew . I’m good not returning for a while. Customer service is really trending down everywhere.

The service was horrible. I ordered a bowl and chips and salsa, I literally had 8 chips in my bag. The portions or meat were small. The food was extremely bland. I’m not going back.

This chipotle does NOT skimp on the scoops and that alone makes this a 10/10 recommend. Chipotle locations with a big scoop have a special place in my heart.
If you like salty chips as well, this is the place for you! (I like my chips salty).
The area sketched me out a little bit but we came at 11am and it was just us inside. Bathrooms have a code and we’re pretty clean.

Tried to place my small group order at 10:15 PM. Thought it went through but somehow they kicked it back. I was already on the way. They told me they been closed when I arrived at 10:35. Closing time is 11PM. Be so for real.

I placed an online order at 10:30 AM and my order was supposed to be ready at 11:00 AM. It wasn’t ready until 11:15 AM. My lunch break is over at 12 PM. The store wasn’t crowded and it appeared to me that coworkers were just talking amongst themselves instead of preparing the orders. I ordered a chicken bowl with light lettuce, rice and beans & they went light on the chicken as well. I barely had a normal serving of chicken in my bowl. My $17 was a waste! This location is closer to my job, that’s why I come here but I’m very disappointed in the service and quantity of my food and my time. Something should be done!!

You know what to expect here; it's a franchise. The layout is the exact same as practically every Chipotle. The restrooms are locked. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'd come back.

I will NEVER spend another dollar at this location. The rice hard as hell, the vegetables I waited 15 mins for werent even sautéed down. They were also hard. The chips? You guessed it. Stale as hell. Chipotle is too high for yall to have such poor quality food. Either shut this location down or get new management! If I could give zero stars, I would!

Denzel was working alone tonight and was Phenomenal! He had great customer service and beyond professional! We will definitely be returning because of Denzel! Will use this location for our company catering events as well!
