Worst chipotle I have ever eaten at. The steak was burnt, burrito was smaller than the taco's and staff are rude. The manager and staff that worked on 11-26-25 in the evening should be fired will never return to this location. Absolute garbage.

Came here for a Chicken burrito with a side of adobe ranch and was fairly impressed with the service.They were very quick and direct with my order but the floor was dirty;had napkins,meat,and sauce stains which did throw off the experience for me.

The manners displayed by employees here is extremely lacking to tell you the truth! i have witnessed them yell at people who ask for extra chicken with my own eyes and tell them that's EXRA and when the person says that's fine they sigh and look annoyed. They are brusque impatient and annoyed with everybody that they have to be there. Well I wish I wasn't here right now either sir!

I walked in and ordered my food and the experience was bad they guy that was preparing the food had a very small cup measuring how much meat to put on the bowl of my food and others he was very unprofessonial and slow and very hard of hearing

The absolute worse location in the Birmingham area. I’ve never been once when they were either not out of something or something wasn’t broken. The customer service is extremely horrible and they are extremely rude if you ask for a vinaigrette. They are extremely rude people. Either they are extremely understaff or just need extensive training.
