By far the worst chipotle I've ever been to (and I go to other chipotles very often). I asked (and paid) for double chicken and was given less than every other chipotle would give for a normal (non-double) portion. Also the store was physically disgusting. Looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months.

I am on the road a lot And have ate at just about every chipotle in Alabama multiple times But this chipotle is by far the worst when it comes too every aspect of how a business should be Its filthy the employees standing around on the phone the glass on the food isle you can barley see through it there is an employees kid running around the dining area it took 20 minutes too make a Chipotle bowl this place makes the name chipotle look terrible I will never eat here again

Floor and dining area is filthy, cashier on her personal phone, not a thank you nor a smile and they wonder why a tip is not given The guy fixing my bowl was working by himself and was polite even with a long line. The hot table needs to wiped off every so often.

Workers are just standing around on their phone, not taking customers orders or ringing up those who are waiting to be checked out. There was only one person doing his job correctly but even he didn’t give me utensils with my order. Lazy workers. Very messy work environment.

Staff seemed irritated I was there. They were throwing an insane amount of side ingredients in overpowering the food and making it gross. I paid $47 for 3 burritos and my kids wouldn't eat the food. Poorly managed location that needs retraining.
