Lisa, who is supposed to be a team lead, was extremely rude and unprofessional to both me and my mother during our visit around 7:20 PM. There was no food on the main bar. The worker helping us had just served the customer in front of me by getting beans and vegetables from another bar. When it was my turn, Lisa stopped him and said he could not get food from the other bar for us, even though it had just been done for the previous customer. I didn’t argue and told the worker it was fine. Despite that, Lisa inserted herself into the situation and spoke to my mother in a very rude and condescending way, like she was a child. I had not said anything at all. Lisa then threw both of our bowls away and blamed my mother, saying she “messed it up for both of us,” which was completely uncalled for. On top of that, service was delayed because the worker had to keep calling for brown rice while Lisa was in the back talking instead of helping. This experience was embarrassing and upsetting. Someone with this attitude should not be in a leadership position. Very disappointed!! I will be contacting their district manager!!!! Lisa isn’t getting away with this! L I S A!!!

Rice was so hard I couldn’t event eat it, chicken wasn’t fresh and there were no fajita veggies. Need more staff to tidy up the kitchen and lobby because the store wasn’t clean. Won’t be back at this location 🤮 a whole bowl wasted, money wasted on trash

I’m really disappointed because this has become a consistent issue, not a one-time mistake. Every time I order, especially online, my chicken is severely burnt, yet it’s still served as if that’s acceptable. Burnt chicken affects both the taste and quality of the meal, and it shouldn’t be sent out to customers at all.
On top of that, the food often doesn’t taste fresh, and when I come in to pick up my order, the food line area is messy and disorganized, which makes me question overall cleanliness and quality control.
Chipotle used to be known for fresh, well prepared food, but this location has been missing the mark repeatedly. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves food quality, freshness, and presentation. because customers shouldn’t have to keep receiving burnt food.

I SUPPOSE THE FOOD WAS PRETTY GOOD, BUT I NOTICED A TIN CAN WITH A HANDLE AND NO LABEL, SHOOK A LITTLE ONTO MY FOOD, AND THOUGHT IT WAS PARMESIAN CHEESE... SO I PUT A BUNCH ON MY BOWL. TURNS OUT IT WAS KOSHER SALT, SO MY BOWL WAS COMPLETELY RUINED. NOT HAPPY.... NEED LABELS ON ITEMS LIKE THAT!

I ate a veggie bowl. My guacamole had a funny taste to it, but the rest was good so I ate it. Afterwards I felt nauseous and I immediately threw it back up. The guacamole was obviously spoiled. I barely made it to my bathroom before I barfed in my tub
Not bad! Spacious parking. Lot of room for many people. All ingredients are fresh! They are working hard! Friendly staff! Fast and delicious. Healthy options are present! Clean inside and in the restroom. Chimichurri is red and super good!

The staff here are racist. I walked in to pick up an order which turned out to be ready waiting on the counter. I told the girl the name I was waiting on. She proceeded to ignore me and help four Black people that walked up and gave them their order no problem I had to wait until the white man came to check on my order. Sad and pathetic to see racism. Still alive in 2025 the fatigue is real.
