We had a great experience at Chipotle in Trussville! The burritos were fresh, flavorful, and generously filled with quality ingredients. The service was friendly and efficient, with staff ensuring our orders were made just right. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a solid spot for a satisfying meal. We'll be back!

This Chipotle closes at 11pm due to new hours to stay open late and provide food. I was very excited about this! However, 2 times that I've arrived around 930pm after everything else is closed, I've been very disappointed to find that they are out of certain items that make the food especially good; this latest visit they were out of shredded cheese and brown rice (both of which I usually get in my bowl). I asked the employee preparing my bowl, "since you're out of these ingredients that normally make my meal complete, could I be compensated with guacamole for free this time?" She told me "no." I asked again and explained my reasoning behind it, since THEY are the ones who did not have enough of the ingredients to make a bowl to my satisfaction, and she told me straightforward, "no, I'm not able to do that... it will be an upcharge." I am VERY disappointed that this is the training provided at Chipotle. Training which says that despite the customer's experience of not being able to receive exactly what they would like because of Chipotle's fault of not having enough cheese or brown rice prepared or ordered, I just have to suck it up and either leave or live without it. What ever happened to customer service? Twice I've been burned already with this location. I assure you, there will not be a 3rd.

The quesadillas are getting smaller and smaller. It's the 5th or 6th Time I've gotten a SKIMPY PORTION OF MEAT. MIght as well call it a SCOOBY SNACK. I mentioned it to the night time manager and she act like she didn't want to make it right. Luckily she re-made the quesadilla the right way.

I usually go pretty frequently to the trussville location since I live there. I usually order half chicken and half barbacoa and they usually serve me good scoops of bot. So it comes out to be around 13$. I went today at night after work cause I was starving and they served me less than half scoops or everything even the rice. Tonight it came out to be 14 something even tho they served me less than I’ve ever been served and somehow charged me more.

My order wasn't ready by the estimated pick-up time. which wasn’t a big deal. I arrived a little over 5 minutes after the estimated p/u time and walked directly towards the pickup shelf. The shelf was empty. The crew was busy assisting other customers so I got in line to wait for my turn so I could be assisted and inquire about my order. upon joining the line, I was completely ignored by the lady making my burrito, I instantly knew it was mine bc of the double tortilla and the label with my name on it. The lady walked away to bag my order, so I got out of line and walked towards the p/u shelf to wait on my order. the lady saw me and instead of putting my order on the pickup shelf, she placed it on an upper shelf behind their counter. Another lady saw what was going on and made eye contact with me. I smiled and said "yes that's my order" she then told the other lady to hand it to me but was ignored as well. She asked, "did you hear me?" the other lady mumbled something and rudely walked away. The nice lady grabbed my order, confirmed my name, and kindly handed me my order. upon eating my burrito guac which cost me an additional $2.65 and chili salsa were missing. Bummer experience. I won’t be eating at chipotle anytime soon.

I just had a terrible experience placing my order there. The woman who was serving my food started arguing with me just because I asked her for an extra plate. She said that if I want an extra plate she's gonna charge me for another bowl. When I asked to speak with the manager it was worst instead of doing something she said that because of my accent she was not able to serve my food. Now because you have a different accent you're not able to buy food. I really hope the corporation do something about it.

We always receive good food and a great portion in our bowls here. The food is ready when we arrive after placing an online order too. The service is not always great. Sometimes the workers don't say a single word. Single person bathrooms tucked away but mostly clean.
