Be careful they’re selling stale chips. I bought guacamole and chips for $8. Got back to work and had stale chips. When I took the chips back they would only refund the chips and not the guacamole which I couldn’t eat because the stale chips they sold me. I think a taco business should be aware of stall tortillas and know how to hand them without selling customers stale chips which running the whole entrée? Should have read the reviews this place is crap.

On the door it says open at 10:45am, front doors locked at 11:10 am. Finally got in. They said cash only. Asked if they could accept gift card. Young lady went to ask but never got an answer. 5 minutes later of standing there, we left.

Never ordering from this location again after they served me stinky ash chicken that was clearly sitting out for days. Nasty.
Almost every previous time I've ordered from this location my order has been wrong. I don't understand how the staff here are so incompetent.

My son and I had bowls plus chips. Too many of the chips were stale which was gross taking the chips out of your mouth with the rest of the food In your mouth.
The service was like robots serving you. No hello thank-you or anything. Robots probably are friendlier. We ate in and had to clean our table ourselves. The place was a dump.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would bad customer service and do not follow simple instructions I wanted my queso on the side and they added it in my bowl said I would have to purchase a side of queso and chips dumbest shit I ever heard when you could’ve put the queso that you added to the bowl in a side cup!!!!

My order is wrong almost every single time at this location and other locations and they are always out of necessary ingredients. There is only a limited selection anyway so there is no reason why you should be out of anything. There is no way to contact the store and speak with anyone when you do have a problem. I tried to use the chat from my confirmation email to receive help and instead of fixing the problem the chat have me a free drink. It is extremely disappointing because the food is good but it isn't worth it when the order is wrong literally EVERY TIME. I have spent a lot of money here but will not be doing it again unless management can address the problems and have better costumer service.

Conveniently located. Plenty of parking. Clean inside and out.
It was shift change so that could have been the reason for this review not being better.
Most everything was very low and looked like it had been sitting awhile.
The steak was a dry, the little bit of queso that was scraped out of the bottom of the pan was very unappetizing as it was poured on my bowl. I was so unimpressed with the vegetables I just added lettuce.
This was first visit to any Chipotle and I was not impressed at all.
We added a bag of chips, a small container of dip and two teas. Coming in at over $40 I don’t think we will be visiting a Chipotle again.
FYI Management:Maybe ask your employees to clean the massive garbage out of their car a home instead of in front of the restaurant. A bit off putting.

Very disappointing experience tonight. Out of key ingredients tomatoes and lettuce. Below is the burrito bowl my husband received. Still paid full price. Will think twice before ordering from this restaurant in the future!
