had a doordash to pickup at 10:20. got here 5 minutes early. i am STILL waiting and it’s 11:06pm after one of the employees put my food order into another customers bag and now im having to sit here and wait even longer. please train your employees better. this is ridiculous.

Tonight I probably had the best chipotle I have ever had in my life and I eat a lot of chipotle lol They’re doing something different at this location or something because that was SO GOOD and the staff was on top of everything it was really impressive. I’m glad this location is so close to my home and I’m glad I ordered tonight. Keep up the good work! Everyone in there needs a raise or a bonus because that was above and beyond

Chipotle Mexican Grill – Trussville, AL
We had a great experience at Chipotle in Trussville! The burritos were fresh, flavorful, and generously filled with quality ingredients. The service was friendly and efficient, with staff ensuring our orders were made just right. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a solid spot for a satisfying meal. We'll be back!

This Chipotle closes at 11pm due to new hours to stay open late and provide food. I was very excited about this! However, 2 times that I've arrived around 930pm after everything else is closed, I've been very disappointed to find that they are out of certain items that make the food especially good; this latest visit they were out of shredded cheese and brown rice (both of which I usually get in my bowl). I asked the employee preparing my bowl, "since you're out of these ingredients that normally make my meal complete, could I be compensated with guacamole for free this time?" She told me "no." I asked again and explained my reasoning behind it, since THEY are the ones who did not have enough of the ingredients to make a bowl to my satisfaction, and she told me straightforward, "no, I'm not able to do that... it will be an upcharge." I am VERY disappointed that this is the training provided at Chipotle. Training which says that despite the customer's experience of not being able to receive exactly what they would like because of Chipotle's fault of not having enough cheese or brown rice prepared or ordered, I just have to suck it up and either leave or live without it. What ever happened to customer service? Twice I've been burned already with this location. I assure you, there will not be a 3rd.

Rice was hard, along with old chips ,I ordered chips and queso and a steak bowl. Chips were stale and the employees charged me more than they should’ve aswell. Pay in cash because this place will place whatever on your card
Can someone explain to me why is there a garbage canister ONLY INCHES away from the plastic forks & after their shutdown & post C19? I'll try to upload the pic i took. It's not sanitary.

The quesadillas are getting smaller and smaller. It's the 5th or 6th Time I've gotten a SKIMPY PORTION OF MEAT. MIght as well call it a SCOOBY SNACK. I mentioned it to the night time manager and she act like she didn't want to make it right. Luckily she re-made the quesadilla the right way.
