Portions are awful. Lady that made my bowl in on something. Tried to give this place another chance, failed miserably. I’ll keep going to the other location.
Update: 10/17/2025: yeah they still suck.

It’s actually comical how unfriendly the staff members are. I have never been to an establishment where every single staff member looks visibly annoyed that they have customers.

my first time here, pickup at chipotle lane was a breeze. the worker could have been more friendly but overall no complaints. my second time, I had to wait forever at the window. and it was honestly no big deal, they were busy. but when I got home, my bowl had missing ingredients and barely any chicken but I was still charged the full price. they always skimp on the chicken and look at each other when you ask for a bit more. I always tip because I know times are tough and they are young workers but management needs to do a better job. I don’t think I will be returning.

It appeared to be a new restaurant, but the manager was apparently having a very stern conversation with an employee. I was surprised that the manager did that where customers could see it happening.

I don't think the employees know not to sell the carryover chips from the night before..
I've never had chips from Chipotle that were as stale as they were.
Also the cashier was VERY annoying and insistant about the Chipotle app! Customer service should be polite not overbearing..
I dont think the managers know that they actually have to come out of the office and help the crew..
If you get the blonde girl with a bad attitude just go to a different restaurant. You will not get enough food to feed a toddler. Watched the guy in front of us get a massive plate. She steps in for the other guy and gives us both tiny tiny portions even after i asked for double portions. Just go somewhere else

Order was 30 min late. Express lane was blocked. Had to go inside. 5 people standing in the drive through area and NO ONE looked up or acknowledged or helped me or the 3 other people who were standing there. Was then given an order that wasn’t mine. Was argued with by a very rude woman who then refused to acknowledge that I was still speaking. Absolutely unacceptable.
Placed a mobile order for my mother to pick up while she was near the location and when I got my order ( I live 45 minutes away) I open it up to find they gave us the completely wrong order entirely and couldn’t even get ahold of anyone on the phone to fix it

The worker operating the chipotlane drive through on 7/8/25 at 11:00 am was very rude. Refused to give me my order until 11 and would not tell me any reason as to why

The rudest manager I’ve ever encountered. Wow. Love the food but it’s almost not worth it to come back. Edit: they put the wrong chicken (that is too spicy) on while I wasn’t looking to get me out bc they didn’t want me waiting on the right chicken to finish cooking. Will never go back.

Absolute worst experience ever. We had 3 bowls, chips, and drinks. When getting to check out, I noticed there was cheese that must have mixed into corn. I pointed it out to the cashier and asked for a new bowl because of a dairy allergy. At first they acted like no big but then 10 minutes go by and I still don’t have my food. I finally said something and they made me get back in line behind 10 other people! Then when I went to re-order they were out of rice and chicken and told me it would be a 15 minute wait!! Absolutely inexcusable. On top of that, while waiting for my new bowl one of the workers coughed into her glove and kept working!!!!!!!! The other 2 people in my party threw their food away and we went somewhere else. Never have I ever.

"If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. DO NOT waste your time or money here! I ordered food for a work conference, only to bring it back and find multiple orders wrong, with an entire meal missing. When I went back to get it fixed, the manager was immediately rude and dismissive. Every time I tried to explain the issue, she cut me off and kept asking if I wanted the wrong orders corrected, with zero effort to replace the meal they forgot. She told me to call for a refund and re-purchase the missing meal myself.
When I tried to address an allergy concern with one of the wrong orders, she raised her voice, saying she had a line of people waiting. I get that she has a job, but so do I! Our company spends over $400 a month here, and this is the treatment we get? This place clearly doesn’t value its customers. Avoid it if you can!"
