burrito was good. chips were bland and tasted burnt. cashier appeared to be preoccupied, and half listening had to make the request for drinks twice.

Absolute worst experience ever. We had 3 bowls, chips, and drinks. When getting to check out, I noticed there was cheese that must have mixed into corn. I pointed it out to the cashier and asked for a new bowl because of a dairy allergy. At first they acted like no big but then 10 minutes go by and I still don’t have my food. I finally said something and they made me get back in line behind 10 other people! Then when I went to re-order they were out of rice and chicken and told me it would be a 15 minute wait!! Absolutely inexcusable. On top of that, while waiting for my new bowl one of the workers coughed into her glove and kept working!!!!!!!! The other 2 people in my party threw their food away and we went somewhere else. Never have I ever.

"If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. DO NOT waste your time or money here! I ordered food for a work conference, only to bring it back and find multiple orders wrong, with an entire meal missing. When I went back to get it fixed, the manager was immediately rude and dismissive. Every time I tried to explain the issue, she cut me off and kept asking if I wanted the wrong orders corrected, with zero effort to replace the meal they forgot. She told me to call for a refund and re-purchase the missing meal myself.
When I tried to address an allergy concern with one of the wrong orders, she raised her voice, saying she had a line of people waiting. I get that she has a job, but so do I! Our company spends over $400 a month here, and this is the treatment we get? This place clearly doesn’t value its customers. Avoid it if you can!"

Go to the other location on 280. I've been going for years never have complained. Tried this location because it was a little closer. But never again. This store has very unprofessional & rude staff! The restaurant is unclean & unkept! Just don't bother wasting your time.

Not only were the 15 minutes late for my pick up order, they also did not include an item I ordered. Did not apologize. Will not be returning.

They were out of brisket and steak during a busy time and didn’t appear to have any cooking to be done soon. Shorted my burrito on the protein and rice and piled it high with toppings. Chicken was cold and made colder by all the cold toppings. All three employees working the counter had poor attitudes. Toppings section of counter was messy and needed to be wiped down. Will not be back to this location and don’t recommend anyone else go there either!

Take a look at my other reviews, I like to write positive reviews. This place unfortunately has forced me to write on the negative side of things. I saw the commercials for the new brisket bowl salad. We decided to go to chipotle down the street and try it.. as we walked into the restaurant we noticed the tables were dirty. The condiment area was out of stock. There were no forks. when we got into the line to place the order, I told the man that I wanted the new brisket bowl that was on the billboard.. I told him I wanted him to make it just like the picture. he became irritated at me and said what do you want on it? I said I want it to look just like the picture he said what kind of rice do you want? I said what kind is on the picture? I did not feel like a valued customer and at that point, I realized that I was not going to get anything like what was on the picture so I just told them to put some stuff on there. I asked them to put a dash of sour cream on the side and they took a giant spoon full and blobbed it right on top. We ordered chips and they put 12 chips in the bag for $1.85.. the 12 chips that they did put in the bag were like pieces of rubber with no crunch. I have traveled all over this country and at it every kind of restaurant and this one is pitiful. I blame the owners for not training anybody there or something this is unbelievable. ! The only way I will remove this review is if I get a full cash refund.

Absolutely horrible! First time coming to Chipotle, and it will be the last time. There’s soda syrup is out, no manager on staff to change it. They had no steak or brisket made. Couldn’t answer basic questions! Awful experience! Food also tasted horrible. The brown rice on the burrito had too much cilantro and the queso sauce was super bland. Not worth $11! The kids meals were awful as well. They didn’t even melt the cheese on the quesadilla.

I was a guest today at this location and LaKeyah/LeKeisha (I think that’s her name) was a very rude and nasty worker. I requested the chipotle bowl with half chicken and half Barbacoa. She threw a very small portion of chicken/barbacoa and when I asked for more she gave such a condescending tone and displayed agitation along with careless behavior. I frequent this location and that is not how the employees typically behave. In the event I got her name wrong she is a dark skin African American with locs/twist. Every time I come here they are out of fajita vegetables and the last two times I have come they were out of white rice. They say it takes 30+ minutes to make the rice so I don’t understand why they are not staying on top of that. Today I went in, they had a line all the way to the door that was barely moving, workers just standing there doing nothing, and then after about 10 minutes in line, a worker shouts out to the whole restaurant that they have no white rice for the next 30 minutes. It really seems like the manager has no clue how to run this place. The old man that works here is always rude too.
I wouldn't use the app at this location, and definitely don't tip before you get your food. I waited 45m for my online order. I eventually had to go in to get them to make my burrito. They just stared at me like this happens all the time. This experience has turned me off of the chipotle app and I may avoid this location for a while (hopefully they figure out their issues).
