Good people good food and my grandson love the games and rides
My daughter and son have the grandkids birthday here all the time or we just go to have a good time together with all 7 kids.
Fun for kids
The kids under 10 love it
Place is kinda small, not really a lot of games for 1-2 or Olds but I would go back
Great place for kids to have safe play
Service is horrible , the workers has nasty attitudes & are rude
Congratulations to Mama Sherri who has been there 40 years this year. I worked there with her as a teen. I happened to see another cast member that worked with me. I had not seen them in years over 20 yrs. It was great. A lot has changed. No sky tube and I understand why, no ball pit and I understand why. At first I didn't get removing the animatronics but after seeing a few movies, I understand. It's some truth to movies you know. We still had a party with Chuck E. Cheese he danced and took pictures with us. We love you Chuck! Had a ball. Oh, they charge to get into the mini trampoline park. $10 they're gonna wanna get in there. And the pizza sucked and it used to be great. Could have had 5 stats.
We love the pizza
I'm so glad that I didn't let a couple of negative reviews detour me from trying out this location. We had previously been driving over an hour to the Tuscaloosa location, but really wanted something closer to home. The cashier was super friendly & helpful, taking her time to go through all the birthday promo coupons to make sure we had everything rang up correctly! The pizza came out fresh & was great! So good that it was devoured before I thought to get a photo! Lol The dining area was clean & well kept as were the restrooms. And ALL OF THE GAMES WERE IN WORKING ORDER!!! I'm really impressed by the kindness of the staff, how smoothly things were running, the speed of our food being made. We even got to hang with good ol Chuck for a bit. Overall this was 9/10 birthday experience for my son!

The kids loved it, as the parent meh I'm kinda on the fence. The games & family time was fun for sure but the ticket($) to game ratio was absurd especially with the 'prizes' being worth pennies on the dollar. The pizza was okay but @$20/pie I was hoping for better🤷♀️
Just my opinion so she's relative lol
Place is too small for amount of people they let in. Staff rushes parties trying to clean up when people haven't even got to eat yet. Picking up kids half eaten cupcakes.
Fun fun fun for all ages.
Cool place, pizza has improved. Expensive though. 2 kids, 1 pizza, 2 drink cups, 2 bouncer bracelets, 2 game cards (30 togens) for $100. No bundle discounts for these.
All my kids are over 40. Was there to visit with 11 month old twins who are a niece's children. Noisy, loud, pizza was pretty good.
