Some guest feel away with workers because they are telling it like it is they cannot help Chuck is high everything high now what yall expect but the customer service here will definitely make you think of the funds as a afterthought!!! Definitely was fun and the pass is worth the buy made everything cheaper and worth the price vs paying full price for everything else we will be back

I'm giving this place two stars for a few reasons. The first reason is that we paid for 1 hour and 30 minutes of play, 1 pizza, 1 bread stick and two drinks which somehow totalled out to 163 dollars. That's an outrageous price for what we got. Also even though we brought our own non slip socks for the trampoline we still had to buy the chucky cheese ones which I thought was ridiculous and also very expensive btw.
The service was pretty good. They made us a new pizza after I found out our order had been "claimed" by someone else. 5 of the machines were down and no one seemed to care. Upside is there were alot of cool and friendly people there so the overall vibe was nice. One of the bros I met said he only paid 30 dollars thanks to a membership he had so I'll be looking into that because there is no way I'm going back for that price.

This place has gone down hill. There were kids running amok, climbing in games, stealing beanbags and balls from the games that we paid for my child to play. It was insane. The staff were not much help. They were completely apathetic to what was happening, and couldn’t be bothered to help with machines not working, unattended children, or any of the other issues we experienced. We will not be back.

Kid-friendliness: This was not a kid friendly environment at all the cashier had earbuds in the whole time and customer service was awful
Workers walk around with this face 😐😐 literally the whole time we were there, we weren’t greeted , quite confused with all the new renovations. . I’d hate for a little kid to have anything here because they really know how to not make it special that is for certain . Pretty unprofessional also eating and all nonchalant while right in front of customers

Everything was nice. But in last we was leaving and our get toy was on roof and we ask for new one which was 500 tickets. We ask for another one but we can't get it. Rest all was good.

On December 20, 2024 it was the worst night for a three year-old for a birthday party for the simple fact is nobody wasn’t in the facility so why the service was bad why just about every machine doesn’t work. Couldn’t even get help from the workers. They’re all in the back or sitting at the table stuffing their faces and drinking and on their phones and don’t want to assist anyone then giving people wrong pizza that you have to pay for separate from the birthday package my son has supposed to entered inside of the ticket blast at 8 o’clock That Night so they told us to order our food before 8 o’clock because they gonna do the birthday song and getting the ticket blast. That didn’t happen only thing happened. Was Chuckie came out and did a dance that they had on the screen, my three-year-old. Had walked up to him to try to give him a hug, he pushed him didn’t wanna give him a hug didn’t wanna dance with him, but you sit in there dancing with the other little few children that decided to come in we wasn’t even there for the whole two hours and I’m trying to get my money back for a waste of time in a long drive that everyone had to come and do so if the corporation or a manager or anyone sees this getting in contact with me because I’ve been trying to call y’all all day(12/21/2024) Ever since y’all opened up at 10 o’clock this morning and it’s a shame that my baby‘s birthday wasn’t a happy birthday
