Great experience for the cost. It's nice your the younger Littles to have a space to play. Great environment for parents to sit but still keep eyes on the kids. Plenty to do!
Mikayla always give the best advice. She very energetic and respectful. She goes above and beyond every expectation
This location is super clean and fun. I went on a weekday and it was a much better experience than when I went on a busy weekend.
Chuck E. Cheese is a great place to take your kids for lots of family fun & great food.
I honestly love taking my children here. It's fun and safe. The are doing some pretty nice updates with how they moved everything.
We have been quite a few times in the past 2 years whether for a birthday party or just a Sunday fun day with our daughter and I have no complaints- the pizza is actually very good! The staff is very friendly, the games look clean, the restroom is funny stocked- we enjoy our time every time.
If I could give zero stars, I would! Avoid this place at all cost. Go somewhere else, please!!!! They are SHORT staffed, so don’t even bother having a birthday party because the manager is the only one setting up, cleaning up, bringing out pizzas, bringing out ice cream, etc.! Some of the games did not work. The person working the trampoline was a teenager who literally was on his phone the entire time the children jumped. He was not mindful of how many children went in and out… all he cared about was them having on the Chuck E. Cheese socks. That’s all! Poor customer service! And if you need anything, good luck because the workers including management was all of the place. No structure what so ever! I will go back.
Wasn’t given my receipts and when asked were not able to find nor print another (i had not left the register and this was still in the moment when I was not given my receipt even though I saw it printed) . One employee was sitting on one of the equipment and yelled at my son because he said my son “hit the wack a mole too hard” then proceeded to try and fight my 16 year old son and told him to “meet him outside” after that a group of workers came out what seemed like trying to talk and make fun of the situation. There is no professional people working here and sadly this site is just going under. Corporate needs to step in a clean up this place and find decent people to work not 30 year olds trying to fight kids
My daughter loves this place
Arrived for a prepaid bday party. Was told that the coordinator had quit and left without preparing party essentials. Stated they were short-staffed and could not honor the party or refund money- were given a number to call corporate. Building was hot and staff member said the air conditioning had not been working correctly for weeks.

7 year old daughter crushed because we went in waited over and hour and were informed the party planner had quit and we were not to be served as everything was malfunctioning.
Took a party of 20 to the skating rink and had a blast.
Don’t waste your time effort or breath on this place there’s a reason Shelby county sheriff has to post up in the parking lots of Fri and sat nights and it’s only reassured by the caliber of the worthless individuals employed here.
Crying shame I spent half of my childhood at Chuck E. Cheese
People ruin everything smh.
Beautiful place for kids to play, very fun, staff friendly...thank you to the manager and staff thank you for taking good care of us, your the best!!
Do not waste you time and money there! The grown man working there is so rude, when we first walked in we waited for a few minutes, as soon as he approached us he had an attitude, never greeted us. I ask polite if he could explain packages since it was our very first time there. He kept responding very rude, just not happy to be there. Just not a very great experience, will not be going back!
I was not impressed. Ended up spending almost $100 for me my friend and my three-year-old granddaughter. To eat and let her play. The people who work there were less than helpful. I highly doubt we will be back.
They have very few games or rides for toddlers. It's more for 4 and up that can understand how to play the games. Under four don't really understand shooting the basketball or where to shoot it. Ski ball throw it where. I understand training your kids when they are young. If they have fun, then great bring them here.
