I was not impressed. Ended up spending almost $100 for me my friend and my three-year-old granddaughter. To eat and let her play. The people who work there were less than helpful. I highly doubt we will be back.

They have very few games or rides for toddlers. It's more for 4 and up that can understand how to play the games. Under four don't really understand shooting the basketball or where to shoot it. Ski ball throw it where. I understand training your kids when they are young. If they have fun, then great bring them here.

Had a good time until it was time to stand in line for over an hour because only one person is working while the others are on their phones. Super great.

Food is soooo good! Service was great but not perfect. It felt good to be there. But I was kind of disappointed that the animatronic was removed. It felt super good being there I had a blast!!!

If I could give it zero I would. Ruined birthday party with poor service and management. Corporate doesn't care. Not worth your time and money!

The flash pass is an awesome deal! We love the 280 location...it will never be showbiz though! 😭😅

When I say this experience has been the best! From Mrs. Makayla at the front desk assisting us with the best customer service to the great food! The service, atmosphere, and food was admirable! I’m not sure what other guest are experiencing but my children and myself had the best time! Not to mention the new jump park installed! Chuck e Cheese y’all have been great since I was a child and still is! Special thanks to Makayla she is a sweet heart and hard working ❤️

It's really good for kids and the family as well. The point system is not really that great compared to the other locations nearby. Its no longer animated they play videos now. Some of the employees have games and one on one time for special events.

My grandson's Birthday party was Feb 15th. I found it RIDICULOUS that adults had to purchase a small PAPER cup for $3.00 each in order to drink WATER!!! The pizza was 15 min late in being delivered to the table which cut our party time short. Also the last 2 pizzas were stone cold. For what my daughter in law paid, I feel paper cups should be provided free of charge for adults. What a rip off. We will not be back.

Horrible experience. They charge you all this money for horrible service, very small slices of pizza, no cups (gotta pay extra) very limited games when you have sooo many people in there. The ticket blaster barely had tickets. Only one line to get a prize before you leave. The barely wanted chuck e out with the kids. The workers barely wanted to work their attitudes were horrible. If you going to put a trampoline this inside at least make it free for the party people we already spending a lot of money. You only get one pitcher that's filled with more ice than juice. I'll never come back here and if I were you I wouldn't waste my money coming here either. Oh yea they also didn't give us enough game cards for the kids so they had to share smh. Do better!

We had our daughter’s 5th birthday at the HWY 28 280 location. They called me multiple days in a row to attempt to get me to add onto my party. During one call I was made aware that there were a lot of parties during my party time, but I was told simply to order ahead or within 30 minutes of arriving if I wanted to add anything to our dining experience. When we arrived 5 minutes before, there was a line so by the time we got in it was 2 til and we were told to find a place to wait and then at 12:30 to walk back to our table. So I did. When I got back to our table at 12:30 the tables were not decorated. We didn’t know which table was ours and many other families were in the same boat. I helped cover our table, I put our plates. I moved the cake. My sister went to the front to get our cards for their unlimited play which we didn’t get until almost 40 minutes afterwards. The receipt was given to my sister! Some of the games didn’t work. The back was so hot! I ended up buying more cups because the parents were melting! And then I thought we had paid because my husband had been standing there with my sister while I was with our daughter and no one asked him for a card. He thought my sister had paid the bill with the card on file from where we had paid the deposit. So then we get all the way back home and get a phone call threatening to sue us if we don’t come back to the store to pay the bill! Which we thought was paid. I understand that we have to pay for things and was HAPPY to pay, but we didn’t get dipping’ dots, we didn’t get our full play time, we didn’t get to cash in all our tickets, we didn’t have a full time attendant - but everyone IN the store was very nice and had a great attitude and I told them thank you repeatedly. I just know that this all could have been handled a lot better.
