For some reason they are always out of spicy chicken; the past 3 times I have gone at different times of the day. Other than that, everything is a expected.
Not friendly. If you buy a gallon of tea and dine in. They make you pay $2.50 per cup needed. They also refuse to let you bring in clean outside cups to use. They lie and say per FDA regulations, and that is 100% false. We had a churches chicken in Clarksville, TN. We would go there regularly. So much friendlier and never changed for cups or made you feel uncomfortable. This was such a bad experience, and I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. I have been to lots of fast food and restaurants, and I have never not once felt so disgusted. This location is also not in the best or safest location. To make this even better, this was our trip back from Florida to Tennessee (1/2 way point) and the lunch we needed to get back home from a fantastic Thanksgiving long weekend. Warning ALL....NEVER to go there, and I hope anyone reading this will pass it on so no one else experiences what we have. Don't waste your money, time, or feelings by going there.

I haven't ate here in over 8ys, so I decided to stop for the heck of it. My food was fresh and hot and service was pretty quick, so this was a win.
Parking: Depends on the time and activities that would be going on.There are spaces directly in front.
Kid-friendliness: I seen children but I would not bring mine here,especially if I am ordering a lengthy order. That would be too time consuming for a child to be around.
Wheelchair accessibility: This is a flat surface but if you are in a chair, I wouldn't advise you to hang out here.This establishment is chair friendly

While driving from Eclectic, AL to Huntsville my nephew in Huntsville asked us to bring him some Church’s Chicken (Huntsville doesn’t have a Church’s Chicken). This location is popular and was very busy. The people who work there were really cool and attentive. I noticed good teamwork and communication behind the counter and in the kitchen. I’m a sometimes vegan, but this was very tasty! 🍗
Gal at the counter was nice. chicken was dang good! Biscuit was the best i ever had. seriously! only negative is that the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy, but i guess it was fine.

There is an older woman who works the front counter, she doesn't smile, greet you or nothing In fact, she will stand there looking at you like , you don't belong , or how dare you come here to eat ? She's EXTRA rude. I heard her mumble underneath her breath Let me hurry up and get Dem outta here. It's them btw I was telling her everytime I come in here, you're RUDE. AND she's the talk on Facebook everyone refers to her as the older lady that works at Church's who is rude , and doesn't want to do her job.
