The cashier was not helpful. He was non-caring . He had no knowledge of how redeem my coupon in the restaurant. Didn’t go delta manger for help when I asked . When I walked inside there I stood for like 3 min before he even stood up . He was sitting down on his phone . Terrible service !

It took more than 60 minutes to serve us, after 15 minutes they said they didn't have what we had ordered, so we had to change the order, in total more than 1 hour to eat

Was told there was 16 min wait for chicken it took 35 with no explanation given.and on top of that the chicken wasn’t even hot. Not even warm. How’s that?

The store looked unsanitary, but I decided to give the food a try anyway. I went through the drive through quickly, but after paying, I was asked to pull up and wait for a bit. When I finally got my food, I didn't check it until I got home. Inside the box, I found uncooked and very pale boneless chicken wings, not the correct wings I had ordered. They also left out my biscuit. I wasted $10 on this poor service, they do it half ass job just to rush you out there drive thru. Also, they don’t even toss the wings in the sauce. They just spray a little sauce on top of the wings.

Go in order eight-piece mixed and in eight states I've lived in. that have had Church's Chicken that doesn't just include legs and thighs. Always there's some white meat call the store. No one can answer the phone. The children eat whatever. I do not eat dark meat.
We wanted fresh and the employee mixed it with fresh and old in our face .. And we told them we wanted fresh and waited for fresh because we was on our way home to Decatur Al... And it doesn't taste the same hardly no seasoning... Tasted better before it became Church's Texas Chicken...
