Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes only to be told that they had a large order and then, I said okay, I understand, im in the business. I waited at the drive thru a lil longer only to be told that it would be 20 minutes wait . I just left and will not be back.

The parking lot is a DISGRACE. TO GET TOO THE ḌRIVE THRU YOU HAVE TO MANUVER HOLES 18 INCHES WIDE 5 INCHES DEEP. CHURCH s. You should be embarrassed to have let that lot be in that condition for several months. YOUR PATRONS DESERVE SOOOOOOOO MUCH MORE.

This is the worse place!! Parking lot has large pot holes around the drive thur, the awning is hanging completely off may fall off the side and hit someone car!! Be careful!! They don’t put all your order in the bag, so check before driving away!! And even when you place your order online to be pick up after you pay!! They don’t have it ready! So you still have to wait!! Black business needs to do better and be better!! Believe me nothing like this in white areas

1.The parking lot needs to be fixed.2. the service the ,service was horrendous the worker can get the food right. 3.I had to explain to the work of three times that my order was incorrect. And third time I had to wait 15 minutes and the food was lukewarm.

This store got my order wrong and refunded me, but before all that they was so rude as I was waiting for the money to get back on my card, the manager said “well that’s gonna take a while” and she shut the window I will never be back to this location ever! They are all so rude. I was shocked I never been to a churches chicken like this in my life!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited the Church’s Chicken on 1st Avenue North in Birmingham and had one of the most frustrating, unprofessional experiences. They were out of regular dark meat, then out of coleslaw, and then suddenly out of spicy chicken—after I had already placed my order. There was no communication or effort to inform me before making changes. When I expressed my concerns politely, the General Manager argued with me, dismissed my feedback, and told me to “call corporate because complaints come to her anyway.” Completely unacceptable attitude and poor customer service from someone in charge. Do better.
