This location is always out of chicken. Got that? The CHICKEN restaurant is usually out of chicken! They're always out if spicy but lately out of legs and thighs. It cost extra for breast and wings, so if you want it bad enough it costs more, like it's not overpriced already. Staff is usually rude and the inside of the store is usually dirty, greasy and littered. Guess we are done with this crappy location.

HELL NAW I WOULD NEVER NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN! The service was so mediocre, no greeting just what can I get for you. Then I placed my order, fries were cold, chicken was lukewarm, I asked for an Arnold Palmer and only got a sweet tea. No napkins, no hot sauce or nothing. I usually would never leave this bad of a review, but DAMN come on, yall got to do better. 11:15 am on January 3rd, 2025 and yall didn’t have no hot food? And yall opened at 10 am! That just crazy work!!

I placed an order for a 10 piece chicken only and paid extra for all breasts and wings at 8pm to make later at 845pm so that it would be fresh when I arrived. The store closes at 10pm per their website. I arrived at 840pm and they had already locked the door to the lobby and were cleaning the food prep area to close the store. They handed me a sealed bag and when I checked it in the car I found in the box 1 breast, 1 wing, 3 legs and 2 thighs so I not only didn't get all white meat which I paid extra for, I didn't even get the full 10 pieces of chicken I ordered. The chicken was also old and cold, so they obviously just threw whatever old chicken they had leftover in a box and served that to me. When I got the manager to come back to the door, I received no apology, just a very rude "you will have to wait 30 minutes if you want us to make more chicken." I did not have 30 minutes to wait, so I asked for money back and again was very rudely told that since I ordered online I would have to request a refund online. I tried calling the stores local number the next day and it rings forever before finally disconnecting. No answer, no voicemail, nothing. I called their corporate number and they took my information and said that they would request a refund but I have yet to get any sort of confirmation that a refund is forthcoming. Moral of this story is never order from Church's online as you will not be able to get a refund, and avoid the Centerpoint location like the plague! You will thank me.

When I went the drive thru was closed due to them working on the water but how can you be still open with no running water.. one employee was up front serving food with no hat on hair was all over her head the manager act like she didn’t want to be there

This is the worst church’s chicken in Birmingham. Service is horrible!!! The food is a dam mess! Ordered a number 1 and paid extra to get a wing and it’s tge size of a baby size party wing! Please go to the one on 3rd Ave N if you ever have a taste for church’s chicken because the one on the Parkway needs to be shut down!
