Church's Texas Chicken

Went here waited forever only to be told they didn't have items that I wanted, others orders was messed up, they was waiting over 15min just to be acknowledged about they situation. Chicken tenders looked like they been there all day...Will not be going there anymore

no other customers in store. I went in at 2 - 3 pm on Thursday the 9.I ordered the chicken gizzards and was told they were still frozen....they had just come in That morning...I went back today Fri Oct 10...at 11 am and was told they were sold out. Terrible service never again.....SHAME ON CHURCHS

Went to get food and was told wait time is 20 min. Decided to wait for chicken and was told to hold on. 10min later still has not taken order. Tried to get their attention and was told to hold on again. Place had 1 customer in lobby. Don't go here if you trying to get food. Go to the one on 3rd ave.

Just awful. Rude staff, acted like they were mad because they were at work and had to actually do something. I bought an extra biscuit, they were tiny and one looked as if it had been bitten off of and the other had a piece of someone's weave on it! I've never been to a Church's Chicken before and received cold mashed potatoes until today. And lastly, 3 of my 5 chicken tenders looked as if someone had literally taken bites off of them. $20 down the drain! I didn't dare complain because then who knows what would've happened to my food! It's in the garbage can now so I'm out a meal and $20! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

Someone needs to show the mid size young lady with glasses how to ring up orders I go in there 3 to 4 times a week and today she decides to charge me like she wants and I really had my mind set

Close it back down. This church’s is local but i would rather drive miles down the road to the 3rd Avenue for fresh hot food at regular price. This location is always out of something rather it’s spicy, sides, or a certain meat. On 2 occasions my tenders were under cooked so i stopped ordering tenders here. The drive thru speaker hasn’t been working for months adding to long drive through lines (but they had that issue even when the speaker worked) most importantly THE PRICE, this church’s is $5-$6 higher than other locations and they do not offer the same specials or ANY for that matter. Yes this matters especially when you’re already setting your prices sky high. One time the guy at the window was upset when he discovered i ordered tenders and when i asked why he said because everyone is ordering the same thing. Not a good customer service practice to complain to the customer especially concerning people patronizing the business.

I come to this location frequently. Today the young male at the window did not greet me, didn't even give me my total. Just had his hand out. I had to ask for my total. He just wasn't pleasant. Even when he was giving me my food, I said ,"Have a nice day" & he just shut the window in my face. Yeah this was my last visit.
