I really want to like Chuy's. I really do. I appreciate their vegetarian options and their margaritas, but this restaurant is so mid-tier that it's almost unbelievable. My boyfriend and I are major food people but even he sadly said "I don't like this". We appreciated the complimentary salsa and (ranch????!!) queso. I recommend ordering extra sauces on the side to mask the mediocrtaste of your entree. Solid three stars deserved - drinks are great, food is not.

Best experience for lunch super fast and great happy hour drink the grand swirl was 8 bucks and at that size you keep a souvenir cup! Huge portions so sharing is recommended. The steak fajitas burrito was massive and infused with delicious steak flavor. Loved how they do there quesadilla. Magnificent. No wonder they've been in business so long!Parking: We lucked up in a busy parking lot and got one right next to there personal business togo but it was rather crowded parking (busy) complex over all. We arrived right before 3pm Wednesday. 2.22. National margarita day.

Thus is one of my fave places. It's tex mex, which I don't normally dig. But they do it well. I love the Panchos....I've tried to make them myself, but they have it down to an art. I also really like their various dipping sauces and their queso is great. It's very family friendly and also very margarita friendly when you need one.

Amazing quesadillas!! Creamy jalapeño is the best sauce in the entire world! And margaritas are so good! Definitely recommend

First time visiting a Chuy’s and it did not disappoint. View outside was amazing overlooking Birmingham. Our waitress was great, giving us suggestions of what’s popular to try. Food was good. Very large portions!

The food was amazing but the waiter had the worst attitude in the world. He didn’t ask for push pop for kids

We have been to Chuy's many times and always enjoy it. We did have to wait 45 minutes to get seated which is not unusual. We had a great server who was friendly and did a great job refilling our drinks. The small plate that I used to order is no longer on the menu so I decided to try the taco salad. This is not your typical Mexican restaurant taco salad. It had a lot of spinach in it, which I do not eat. The beef was seasoned well. But there was too much in this bowl to be able to stir it up and enjoy it even after removing as much of the spinach as I could. Everyone else loved what they got and we all enjoyed the meal. I won't be ordering the taco salad again but I will be back for some tortilla soup that I have had before and enjoyed. Be prepared for a wait and the music is load which makes conversation a bit difficult. Don't miss the creamy jalapeno dip!! It's amazing!!

I've been a fan of Chuy's since childhood, growing up with the original back in Texas. This location did not disappoint. The food was true to the original and the view was amazing! Sit on the patio if you get the chance.Food: 5/5
Adam our Server provided the five star in customer service! He made sure we were comfortable and our food was out in minutes. My daughter mentioned my birthday he he gave us Churros. We had Chicken Quesadillas, Tortilla chicken soup and Margaritas with a corona beer. When we were finished eating your able to walk out onto an observatory and look down at nature and admire the beautify . Everything we ate and drink was so good and fresh!

We came on a busy night so we ended up sitting at the bar. Food was okay. Service was fine. That’s why I am giving an extra star. Bathroom was disgusting. Blood on stall door and floor. Sorry no picture of that. This picture is from the women’s bathroom. I pray that isn’t black mold. Either way it’s nasty. I let Chuy’s know weeks ago but they never responded. Hopefully it’s been taken care of.

Not really anything bad to say about this place. Wife and I both enjoyed our first time here and put it on our list to revisit next time we are in town. We LOVED the dog art and photos everywhere around where we were seated. The service was solid and the food was great. Wife and I both enjoyed our meals.
