Best cinnamon rolls. Drove 9 hours for them

Terrible, awful experience. I was expecting a Cinnabon location inside the mall but instead I got a scam that had the worst cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had. The chocolate milk they had was also awful, and they don’t even care to give you a usable container to eat the roll in, they literally put too much awful sugary sauce on the roll and stuff it in a paper bag, then put a piece of paper over that, making the excess of awful sugary sauce come off the roll, making a mess. They charge EXTRA for a basic plastic container. This place should be shut down IMMEDIATELY.

These are worse than any other cinnamon rolls I've ever had. They are like donuts but with Walmart cake glaze on top.

The bottle of water was more satisfying.

The cashier accused me of referring to the young sister as "sexy". I had already cashed out for the cinnamon roll and one extra topping. I told him, she, they that it was disgusting! I left the cinnamon roll and walked away. I was so offended and never tasted the cinnamon roll. I'll stick to

My review is simply to get an understanding on how you have a cinnamon roll with icing…and Cindy’s is okay with wrapping the roll with loose icing in wax paper. Anytime I ask for a plastic container, the staff gets upset. I realize no one from their team responds to reviews. Poor customer service.

The original cinnamon roll was okay.
It wasn't as fresh as it could be this time. Next time I plan to tell them to give me one (1) fresh out of the oven.

This place holds a lot of nostalgia for me and it didn't disappoint. The roll and sticks were warm and fluffy. The icing is different than I remember but still good. The service was friendly and helpful.

I went to the Galeria Mall today and as I passed by Cindy's Cinnamon Rolls, I told my granddaughters to remind me to stop by there on my way out. Ok, they did and I was excited to be getting a Cinnamon roll so I walked up and a girl is standing there and she asked what could she get for me? I said a Cinnamon roll she goes over and get the tray of rolls out and stands afar off, so I said to come closer so I could see them and she smirks and like inched a little closer. So I said ok then the other girl says do you want the icing on it or in a cup, I said to put it in a cup, then she tells me how much it is and she act like I had a disease barely touching the money and then it made my granddaughters laugh because she held the change in between her two fingers careful not to touch me. I don't like racism and I hate running into someone who is even more! My granddaughters said grandmother you should not eat that. I really didn't want them to be faced with that. It's awful how people are today and they don't mind you seeing itI WILL NOT BE GOING BACK EVER! I Don't have to spend my money there either!!!

We drove 48mins to get this and idk whats going on at the Galleria location but that dough was not Cindy's soft chewy dough and that half stirred mixture of icing was just unacceptable all together #trash it went,no reheating those they only got stiffer to handle ?

I tried this place yesterday around 3pm at the galleria mall. I’m not from here but I know how cinnamon rolls should taste. The icing and cinnamon roll let my expectations down but the cashier was nice. They weren’t fresh for sure they must’ve been made earlier that morning .

This was my first time there they put wrapped my cinnamon roll in paper and put it in a bag then when I asked them why they don’t give containers the lady said you have to ask when you order and they charge an extra .50 for the container I was like wow but who put cinnamon rolls in paper bags I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM they have no flavor in the icing nor the cinnamon roll

Drew Breland wrote this comment on June 23 2018 No flavor. Bread taste just like plain dough and icing taste like it was mixed with water. Then they wrap in two plastic pieces of paper and throw in a bag. Presentation was terrible. Get some boxes or small containers. Yesterday, Nov 24 2023 tried their original and I don’t need to say what was already said over 5 years ago. Worst cinnamon roll I’ve had!

Talk about unmet expectations. I remember this place serving up great snacks when I was a teen. Yet, my first visit in 15 years was a major disappointment. The cinnamon sticks were nothing more than a hotdog bun with cinnamon sugar.
