BEWARE: if you do not tip they will throw your cinnamon roll straight into a paper bag and slap a piece of wax paper on top that takes all of the icing off!!! Cinnamon roll itself was ok, I had to ask the girl at the front to take my order and was appalled when I opened the paper bag to find my bare cinnamon roll thrown in there!!! Please do not waste your money on this horrible service! This is also my first time leaving a comment under a Google review. The horrible service at Cindy’s is the reason I am leaving my FIRST review.

Cinnamon Rolls are good but the work crew is very road. I asked for another cinnamon roll because mine looked like it was bit off of and she got a very bad attitude with me.

just make sure they are charging you right.... the credit card options are extremely tricky and some how charged me tip she did not give me receipt.... I am glad we only bought water.. and charge suppose to be 2.10 but it went in 2.60

Worst crew and experience ever. As you can see in the pictures the food looks awful; and it was. It was too soft from the steam from being in the bags. The whole crew had nasty attitudes. Then when I asked for containers to put the hot Cinnabons in; the girl was like they are .50 each; no problem but why not put them in containers in the first place or ask if i would like to purchase the containers when i placed my order. $30.00 waste of money.

I’m giving an honest review that is deserving of the service & product. The cinnamon rolls were fresh out of the oven and huge. I drove an hour away and don’t regret it. This small business is amazingly good and is NOT Cinnabon! The service was great as well.

I see that several people have favorable things to say about Cindy’s cinnamon rolls. I’m not sure if I caught them on a bad day but here’s my experience. My family and I were in Hoover for a baseball tournament. We happened to be at the Riverchase mall and my husband wanted a cinnamon roll. We followed the smells which led us to Cindy’s. There was quite a line so we had no reason to question whether the product would be delicious. We were soooo disappointed with the quality and taste of the product we received. First we were puzzled as to why the cinnamon rolls were in a paper bag absent of any packaging/wrapping. But most importantly the product was hard and stale. It tasted as though the rolls were made several days ago and left out exposed to the elements. If it were not for the fact that we were in and out of the mall before we tasted them then they would have been promptly returned. Such a disappointment and waste of money and calories.

Best cinnamon rolls. Drove 9 hours for them

Best cinnamon rolls ever. We drove 9.5 hours just to get some. There use to be one close to me in ohio but it closed down year ago. Been wanting it ever since. This was the first time my wife has ever had them and she was impressed

Decent prices but the cinnamon was lacking severely. The service was very nice but it is just not good. The packing is very messy as well.

Terrible, awful experience. I was expecting a Cinnabon location inside the mall but instead I got a scam that had the worst cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had. The chocolate milk they had was also awful, and they don’t even care to give you a usable container to eat the roll in, they literally put too much awful sugary sauce on the roll and stuff it in a paper bag, then put a piece of paper over that, making the excess of awful sugary sauce come off the roll, making a mess. They charge EXTRA for a basic plastic container. This place should be shut down IMMEDIATELY.

These are worse than any other cinnamon rolls I've ever had. They are like donuts but with Walmart cake glaze on top.

The bottle of water was more satisfying.
