this place was so rude to me and my friends. the old bartender lady was so rude and making me and my friends keep our tab open when we didn’t want to and she didn’t let my friend go into the bathroom with me. they were so mean to us i think the older lady was upset we were young girls having fun. i honestly would never go

I have personally been attending this bar on and off over the years (since 2013). I literally am walking distance from club south! I am not an alcoholic, I mainly just like to go down there to play pool and have a mix drink or few beers, or 85% of the time just a soft drink. Well, today I went down there around 3pm because los estralitas mexican mini mart right beside club south was closed...so that meant walking all the way to one of the stores which are 15 min walk away, so I chose to walk into club south instead.No, I do not know everyone who works there by name, but I do know of Stephanie, (the best worker and bartender they have and have ever have!) I also know of the owner, Scott (extremely rude and almost always has a bad attitude.) Back to the experience from today...I walked in and the bartender was sitting down on a barstool on the customer side talking to an obvious frequent customer. I came in and sat at a barstool and had my ID ready, and she got up and went around the bar and I told her that I was sorry to interrupt their conversation and asked for a coca cola to go because the mexican store was closed. She made a coke and charged $1.99. I swiped my card to pay and left a $1 tip. I was just about to walk out the door but noticed my drink was 3/4th of an inch below the top of the cup. I wasn't trying to be a jack@ss about it, the fact is this was going to be my only soda for the whole day and I wanted my $2 coke to be full, like anyone else would. When I asked her to please fill it to the top and explained it would be my only soda today, she got an attitude (this particular waitress ALWAYS has an attitude with me, and basically if you are not a regular and don't become friends with her and her alcoholic friends, then you'll be treated as such every time. She just wants to smoke cigarettes all day and treat people any way she cares to, which is messed up.) She told me ,"We aren't supposed to let people leave the bar with drinks, even if it is just a coke." I basically took that as saying to me 'We don't want your business here unless you are a drunk'. So you know what? F that lady! A rude @sss woman for sure! Do not tip her, she doesn't deserve it, not until she figures out how to serve Everyone EQUALLY, without judgement, and with a damn smile! Why be someone who works in service industry if you can't service someone worth a F!? Guaranteed to be the worst gf or wife ever. Good riddance!Parking: Around 6 parking spots in front and more around the side of the building.

Super fun pool, ping-pong, and darts! The drinks are great and reasonably priced with different specials throughout the week. Great staff that are really friendly. Definitely a local favorite.
