The food is incredibly affordable and delicious for what you're paying! For fast food, holy moly, it's soooo good. I definitely recommend you stop by here sometime. The people inside are incredibly friendly too, and just want to help you out any way they can.
The woman at the drive thru was ridiculously pushy and rude. They messed up our entire order. The blueberry milkshake tasted awful. I’ve been to four cookouts now and this one was absolutely trash.

Cheese bacon burger, fries and milkshake hit the spot. Quick service but drive-thru associate was not friendly and kinda rude! I went through the drive through after dark because I was starving! Good junk food! Presentation isn't their best - but it was quick especially when you are starving!

Lady at the window that worked at 10:54 today Sunday oct 6 2024 was the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. Someone needs to cheer her up or some because you can hear her being rude to others as well

I love cookout, however, so went recently with two of my friends, and the lady on the mic taking our order decided that her time was too important I guess, and she kept rushing us on our order in which she took quite the while to tell us we were ready to order. She cut my friend off as she was trying to tell her the order, and told us we need to pay attention more. Then told us to pull up and didn’t respond to us again. WHAT??? Terrible service that night, it’s only gotten better since, shout out to the workers these days.

When something is too good to be true…it probably is. First time in Alabama and first time at Cook Out. So much food for so cheap. And it tasted good as bad for for you food sometimes does. However, the four of us have spent the week having food poisoning or e.coli, and unholy things have been happening to us. So, no I will not be back ever ever ever. Please review food safety with your staff, because something ain’t right.
