The menu says they cheddar style for grill chicken sandwiches. Yet the keep charging it as a side while menu clearly reads that it's included. I'm about ready to sue them. I've already called their corporate office and complained. Send t me a coupon to use but my car was stolen so I never used it

Cashier for the drive thru was rude from the get go. Yelling and clapping her hands, talking over us when trying to answer what we wanted to order. When asked if she could repeat the order at the window she got even more of an attitude. The order was incorrect as well. Will not be back just because of this employee.

Let me first say. It was late night after a concert, but neither me or my cousin received the food that we ordered. It was Fresh and it was OK not seasoned well at all. The drinks were great. I just wish we would have gotten the food that we ordered that was disappointing but the customer service was great

My mom and I stopped at this Cookout, and the experience was unbelievable — and not in a good way.
We went through the drive-thru and ordered items that clearly make up a Tray, exactly as listed on the drive-thru menu. When we noticed the total was much higher than $6.99, we asked at the window why the meals weren’t rung up as Trays.
The employee, who was rude from the moment we pulled up, told us it was because we didn’t say the word “tray” — even though everything we ordered matched the Tray options. When we asked him to correct it, he refused and said we would have to get out of the car, walk inside, and have someone else fix it, because he was not going to adjust it at the window.
When we asked for a manager, he told us he was the manager, and continued with the same rude attitude.
We even drove back through to reorder correctly, and he refused to take the new order, again insisting we walk inside. At that point, we left and went to McDonald’s instead.
What doesn’t make sense is why a manager would want customers to pay more when the items can clearly be bundled as a cheaper deal. Good service is about helping customers — not blocking them from saving money.
Extremely disappointing customer service. We won’t be returning to this location.

The menu is confusing as hell. Your $8 order will add up to a $12 order if you're not careful about the add-ons. But the food is good and fast and they are open super late.
How is this place so good and so cheap? Everything we ate was delicious. I got the chicken quesadilla wasn’t too oily or anything and seemed relatively healthy. My husband got the burger and said his was delicious too. He also got a shake the lady was very accommodating a mixed together the pb and the chocolate chip cheesecake flavors for him. Everything including bathrooms seemed clean as well. They had a great friendly vibe and played Christian music. Also cute Christmas decor as well.
