I ordered a BBQ plate with double cajun fries. Couldn't have been a simpler order. The cashier looked me dead in my face and he repeated my order and they still messed it up. I got hush puppies instead of fries and they had no seasoning. This is cheap munchie food so I would normally not care too much but to look me in my face and still manage to completely disregard my request is beyond me. Now I'm confused about what I paid for because a plate is about $8 but I paid $13. They never pick up the phone either. I've had better accurate service from buzzed college students on a night shift. Will never be back here.

The restaurant was absolutely spotless. The food was delicious and you couldn't beat the price. $30 for 3 people to leave happily full.
Milkshakes here are the best!! They have over 40 flavors. I enjoyed a peanut butter fudge shake. It was amazing.

Food is decent. Nothing special. I would go back again as it is as good or better than most fast food chains. They do have excellent shakes. I ask for a lot of ketchup but given 3 packs. Ask for more and 2 more packs given. I go sit the ketchup down and ask another employee for a lot of ketchup and they gave me a lot of ketchup (there was 4 of us). Condiments are important! ??♀️

They do a decent job, but it is a bit of a wait usually 15 to 20 mins but that is understandable being in the city. The main thing I can judge is you really don't get much on your sides even doubling up on fries here seems much less than other cookouts. Food over all is pretty ok just not super filling.

Not only are Cook Out food prices good but the quality food at this Cook Out location hasn't disappointed me yet. I ordered the Grilled Cajun Chicken sandwich add Coleslaw, onions, cheese, with my 2 sides Cajun fries, Onion Rings ,the 3 they only gave me, & their delicious Banana Pudding Milkshake.
Very good food at a cheap price, went through the drive through and it was quick and the staff were very polite. 10/10
