This place is magical, and I'm not kidding. I always get the magic unicorn milkshake. It has glitter sprinkles. The vibes are also immaculate. The couch is comfy, and the lighting is soothing. If you haven't been there, please go treat yourself.

This place really was magical. I had the salty sweet and it was delicious. The texture was just right and the sweet and saltiness of the flavors complimented each other nicely. I tried my husband’s cookies and cream and it tasted similar to the one I had but maybe if I would have had more, the flavors would have stood out differently. My friend was disappointed they were out of the birthday cake flavor. I am looking forward to going back.

Cookie dough is good (coming from a person who doesn’t typically like cookie dough). The lighting and ambiance is great.

The woman working there was nice. But, it is outrageously pricey for what you get. We got a milkshake, a small scoop of dough, and a regular scoop of dough and it was $19. That may not sound like a bad deal but the regular scoop is about half the size of a regular ice cream scoop. Not necessarily a good value for what you receive. Due to inflation, this is relatively normal however, my real issue is that the cookie dough leaves a powdery sensation in your mouth. Also, when did 20% tip to an hourly ice cream shop employee become the norm?

Such a beautiful place, great friendly staff. However I'm not a fan of cooking dough not even in ice cream, but to my surprise with 13 flavors to choose from, I decided to give it a try. I tasted two flavors; the Java Fudge very yummy ? and the Salted Carmel.. AMAZING!! Can't believe how good they are. It's not the same as regular cookie dough that you buy at the markets, this cookie dough is made especially for eating plan or in a shake. I can't wait to come back ❤ Thank you for the samples. My daughter also thought the Salted Carmel was amazing. ????

One of the greatest specialty locations in Birmingham! They have an edible cookie dough with many different flavors that are all delicious. They do milkshakes and Sundays, too. You can get your cookie dough scoops in cups or edible cones. The atmosphere inside is great and the staff and owners are all super nice. Eat a meal across the street and get your dessert here! This place is simply awesome.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dylan was very patient with our requests for samples. And the place is always clean. Excellent date location!

Surpirsed by how much I loved it! First time ever trying cookie dough from a store (rather than just eating whatever I make at home). It was so smooth and creamy, it was like the consistency of ice cream just not frozen. They have loots of unique flavors and let you sample as many as you like! I got the featured flavored which was inspired by the all time kid favorite Dunkaroos!

This place is so good. We had the unicorn ? cookie dough and another flavor. I’m sure all are fantastic. Clean bathrooms and facilities. Cute purple lights. I can’t wait to try to unicorn coffee. They have coffee, shakes, scoops and more. A good place to get sweet treats right in the heart of Avondale. A quick walk from Avondale park.

FRIEND-CHIP GOALS! An interesting idea to say the least. Not many places I know only serve cookie dough. I like many of you were always told as a child "never eat raw cookie dough or you will get salmonella poisoning" (but you know we did it any way). At Cookie Dough Magic that is what they sell cookie dough you can actually eat that won't make you sick. From a child's perspective this place is awesome. But from an adult perspective growing up hearing this on repeat, I had some suspicions. Heard about this place from a co worker, decided to check it out. Honestly, it wasn't anything that special. It is run like an ice cream parlor. And the prices for the product match the prices you would typically spend for a cup of ice cream. We came in to just check it out. I sampled a few of the flavors. The girl behind the counter was eager to make a sale. But this was before dinner for me so I did not want to spoil my dinner by getting a scoop of cookie dough. I walked around. Tried to make some conversation with her, but she did not seem to have a roaring personality either. I am not sure if I will come back here, but it was definitely worth checking out. Thanks but no thanks.

I was so excited to try this place. I was so disappointed to find that their pricing is $8 for a milkshake. Overpriced and their staff doesn't wear masks. Unsanitary.

This has replaced Krispy Kreme for my sugar fix! I've only tried half the flavors so far but plan to go back for more!

We were in the neighborhood right at 8pm, they're closing time on Sundays, but the door was open so we walked in. My husband and I have worked in the food industry so we did bot want to be "those people". But Someone heard us out front and was happy to help us even though they were closed. I've never had edible cookie dough but it truly was magical! I got peanut butter and my husband got cookies in cream. Delicious! I got the kids cup and it was perfect. The dough is so rich that I can't imagine eating much more. Love this location and will be back. Left the ladies a nice too for helping after hours.
