We ordered three total : the monster mash , breast cancer awareness and triple chocolate. All three were delicious but the monster mash was by far my favorite.

Delicious!! Brown Sugar Blondie is yummy. I’m not a fan of macadamia nuts, so this cookie is a dream come true because I love white chocolate!! It is a sugar cookie with sea salt and white chocolate 🥰

These cookies are the sweetest delight. I would score them right up there with Crumble cookies. The place is easy to get in and out of, great staff always serving with a smile, after all how can they not be with all those goodies staring back at them lol....They are a bit pricey just as their competitor down the road, but take a Holiday or special occasion to show someone you care or they are special and it is worth the price. A smart move combining the building with the Ms Chix as well, even though I have not been in their yet maybe one day I will stop and give them a rate as well. For now though? This cookie rating is well deserved for all the sweetness they serve up!!

I have been searching for a good cookie in Birmingham. Today, that search is over!! My family and I ordered 8 cookies to try and not a single one disappointed.
My favorite to date is the flourless oats for me and lemon for my kid. Don't skip these homemade 🍪.

Customer service was awesome!! The cookies were fairly priced and very good and warm!

I have been a Cookie Fix customer for several years and have been frequenting this location ever since it opened March of last year. In the time I have been a customer I can say this is the WORST location in the whole Birmingham market. From impersonal management, to running out of product, to not honoring rewards, to lots of mishaps and inconveniences, it has not been the Cookie Fix experience that I came to love and expect from the founder owned stores in Homewood and Cahaba Heights. It does not embody the true spirit of what Amy set out to create when she started the company many years ago. Lots of room for improvement at this location.

This establishment was along my route home and right across the parking lot from the gas station I stopped at, so I decided to drop in and see what they’re about.

The store is very pleasing to the eye, very clean, tidy and bright with adorable decor. There’s plenty of parking available.

I got four cookies: carrot cake Sammie, brown sugar blondie, peanut butter chocolate chip, and the kitchen sink.

In comparison to other businesses dedicated to just cookies, the size of these cookies are quite small. The prices range between $2.75 and $4.35 for each cookie. So a box of four average sized cookies cost me $13.36 after tax.

The cookies are very high-quality and have an absolutely delicious taste to them. Good balance of flavors and such. Still, I deem the prices to be a little too steep. If I ever have my pockets lined with more money, I definitely wouldn’t mind coming back and getting more cookies from Cookie Fix!

10/10 highly recommend! Passed by the shop while visiting from Tennessee decided to stop based on the other Google reviews. Cookie Fix did not disappoint it’s now a must stop when I visit AL.
