Just attempted to place a pickup order like I’ve done in the past, and whoever was answering your phone was extremely rude and condescending. I asked for her name and she hung up the phone in my face. We have eaten there regularly for years, and until today we’ve NEVER had an issue. Unfortunately, we won’t be patronizing again. Please speak to your employees about providing quality customer service.

The first time I came food was 3/5 the only reason I came back was because of Michelle at the window. She’s GREAT! As a business owner, she upsold, advertised, gave great customer service, gave recommendations and gave me a menu before giving me my food! Food was better this time around. 4/5 but Michelle is the face of this place!!! Love her and the energy

This place is the embodiment of Southern Comfort Food. Good food, kind service, and competitive prices. This place is the best kept secret of Birmingham.It was my first time here, so Michelle, the lovely lady taking orders, guided me towards a BBQ pork sandwich plate with fries and a drink. The BBQ sauce was delicious, and the meat was very warm so you could tell it was cooked fresh (a fact which many BBQ restaurants unfortunately neglect.)I will be telling everyone I know about this place, and if you haven’t tried it, you need to.

I haven’t eaten a BarBQ from Costa’s in Huffman in years. I had forgotten how good they are! Pulled Pork Jumbo BarBQ sandwich with onion rings…Fantastic!!!

I have always visited this restaurant in the past for their delicious chef salads !!I recently went here on my lunch break the lady at the speaker was very mean and unprofessional she rolled her eyes when we approached her at the window for no reason!! We were surprised she was even working with such a hateful attitude !!I just blew it off and said maybe she having a bad day …But when we got to work we notice the lady placed our ranch upside down in the bag on purpose all of ranch spilled out everywhere in the bag !! she flip me and my co workers ranch container on purpose what a waist of money !!Customers service is very bad rude staff is rude management did not try to accommodate us do not visit this place is terrible and rude to their customers !! You will not be getting my business again costa’s !
