Costa's Mediterranean has a long history going back to it's original Huffman location. My wife loves the baked spaghetti. We always get the spaghetti for 1. It's enough for 4 people and we make nearly 3 meals out of it for ourselves. Rarely eat inside. Normally take it to go and still plenty hot when we open it at the house. Their service is speedy. Their customer service is ok. The lady can be a curt over the phone, but after sitting in the pick up area...
I really surprised at some of the bad reviews. Maybe they had a one off experience, but we have been eating here for 6+ years. We eat in several times a year and get take out another 6+ times a year for ourselves or group gatherings. The food is plentiful (the lasagna for 2 lasts my wife and me 3 meals), the prices are reasonable (actually cheap considering the amount of food) and the service is great 90% of the time. Costa’s food and prices are hard to beat!! Some of the best take out food you can get!!However, their dine in service could better. I have dined in with my mom and sister a handful of times. Every time we seem to be one of only two of three other tables in the restaurant.. I would truly hate to see this wonderful restaurant go out of business due to poor service.
