Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Lately, this place has been disappointing. They clearly don’t have enough servers—the wait is long, and getting a simple drink refill takes forever. Cleanliness is another concern. I’ve attached a picture of how my husband’s coffee was served, which speaks for itself. Unfortunately, the experience just isn’t what it used to be.

Yummy. The cheesecake stuffed pancakes are superb!!

We waited at least 45 mins for our food before asking for a manager and when she came basically apologized and took up for server. But we got our food shortly after but server slammed down the dishes. When we were done, another table from same server talked to another manager about not getting their food - she asked if we wanted drinks to go. No we just want the bill. Then my checkout experience was crap to bc she couldn't run my card as a credit bc machine kept asking me for pin when there is none. My niece was checking out after me and said the lady rolled her eyes after I left. We will not be back!

Worst cracker barrel ever!! Does not respect your time. Does not care about guest experience. Server was the rudest thing I ever met! Slamming dishes crazy!!! Will never and I mean ever be back here. Manager was full of excuses too! How is this restaurant still open?Left without getting our food after an hour and a half

We were seated at 12:20, but didn’t get our food until 1:30. No refills in that time, had to hunt down the biscuits, seemed like they were spreading the staff too thin.

If you care about your time, don’t come here. Food is fine, but not worth the wait. We were very excited and felt like our time ultimately wasn’t respected. Bummer. Will be taking Cracker Barrel off of the list.

Worst experience. I was in a party of 2 and we sat at our table for 30 minutes waiting for a waiter/waitress that never came. Nobody looked our way the entire time & they weren’t even busy!
0/10 for this location.

We waited over an hour at our table to have our order taken. Waited another 30 minutes or so on our food. Food was not impressive meatloaf was burnt and greasy. Shrimp had no flavor and was overcooked.

The last 2 times we have ordered the grilled chicken tenderloin meal that amount of grilled chicken was almost cut in 1/2 of what it use to me. It is defiantly not enough. The sides are the same size they have always been and is enough. Not sure what is going on. I was hoping the first time it happen there was a mistake but now it have happen again. The quality is still good but it is very disappointing how they have cut back the amount of meat that we use to get. I would rather pay more and get enough food than pay the same and get less.
