Met some friends for dinner. The experience was okay. The hostess seemed to be having trouble keeping up with who was who. She was an older lady so I just gave her space. Our waiter was an older gentleman who seemed a bit on but did sufficiently wait on us. Part of my order was forgotten but I just let it go because he had enough to remember. We online ordered and half of our order wasn’t there and a random plate was put in that isn’t ours. The receipt ATTACHED to the bag was correct AND highlighted but the food still wasn’t. How hard can it be?

The order was correct and warm, not hot, but the food was good …..
I had meat loaf. A slab of dry tasteless hamburger with cold ketchup piled on the plate on one end of the meat. Yech!My wife had goey blobs of soggy flour they called dumplings. Ugh! Both meals were well cooled before we received them in a place at about 5% capacity.And then the til gal had the nerve to suggest we provide a tip. Cracker Barrel is "cracked"! I wouldn't mind the high prices if they had quality cooks & staff. No more CB for me!

The food was good. However, after attempting to get salsa to go with my meal, the cook sent out tomatoes and green onions chopped up. After, several attempts with the server trying to get the salsa it was unsuccessful. He told the server he would have to make it up, so I ate my meal without it. I feel the cook didn’t want to make it up because it must not been an item they serve all the time.The Server provided good customer service.
