On Saturday, April 5, 2025, I had my retirement dinner at Culinary Dropout. There were twenty people in my party. Our server Natalie was a "little dynamo". Even the restaurant was crowded due prom season, she got all drink orders promptly. The starters orders arrived soon after. Then the entrees. She was there for drink refills and other requests. She handled the situation with grace, kindness and professionalism. Her and the other wait staff were truly exceptional. The bartenders got drink orders promptly and made to protection. They made my 25 year retirement celebration truly awesome! I will definitely book any future events with this amazing restaurant. Kudos!!!!

Just went to your Denver location at 10pm and the doors were locked. Your posted hours show open until 12am. The manager came to the door and said they decided to close early because of the âweatherâ and told us and the other people to go down the block to Bar Car to eat and that itâs good. Good luck keeping your doors open with a manager sending customers to your competitor because of âweatherâ. If weather was an issue wouldnât Bar Car be closed as well? No they are open because our weather conditions are clear, itâs 9 degrees currently. This âweatherâ is to be expected during the weather during winters in Denver.

Well, I believe the food is good. Expensive but good. While enjoying playing yard games with my family. I was told that I had to leave the building because I had my handgun with me. I told them that I am an off duty police officer. They said it didnât matter and unless I am in uniform itâs not allowed. They said there was a sign on their door. I said okay, and when I walked out, I looked and there was no sign stating that no firearms were allowed. I asked them to show me where it was out of curiosity. They came out and said it must have been removed when it was being cleaned. Either way, I left and will not be coming back.

Exceptional service and the food is amazing and Lisa the manager is fantastic. They made my friends that were new to culinary dropout feel so welcome and gave them a dessert for free. Top notch service from the staff to the management.
We made a 16 person reservation at Culinary Dropout. We arrived and were promptly sat and greeted by our server Natalie. She took our drinks orders and ensured we all had water to start off. After ordering Natalie went back through the party and verified the items that were ordered. The food came out relatively quickly and was excellent. Natalie checked on us several more times. She did an incredible job and we look forward to returning to this location.

Great experience, very spacious place, very comfortable, amazing food. Food was great, ordered the steak and frites, it was cooked to perfection, very juicy and the most amazing flavor that I had in a long time. The pizza was also fantastic, also baked to perfection with a nice golden crust. The dessert just fantastic as well, very soft and fresh it was just the right thing to end one a nice experience. The staff was very polite, nice and welcomed us with a nice smile making us feel welcomed.
