I pulled up to Dairy Queen at 10:40 and asked for a triple flamethrower burger and they told me that the grill was turned off and it would take 30 minutes for them to be able to cook a burger. Embarrassing.

Food is ok, staff are friendly. Really, really long wait times. I come here often due to ease of access from my workplace, however you should anticipate 15-20 minutes in the drive thru on any given day, mobile order or not.

I made a very possible order for my family. We don't have a store around the corner, this was a special occasion. My order....2 tubs of vanilla soft serve 2 side toppings in a small cup. Here is what the manager said to me in front of everyone standing in line, "You're better off going to the grocery store to buy ice cream than what I'm going to charge you." I smiled and said, " Thank you". I won't be giving my business to this store again. I went in happy and walked out very disappointed. The manager didn't seem to mind. From reading the other complaints, about this store, it's clear they are not doing better. And, whomever is saying "give us another chance", NO.

It was my first time at this location. the white guy at the drive thru window was being really weird. It was pouring down rain. He wouldn’t give me my food. Instead he was saying weird things while holding my bag of food. he wouldn’t just give it to me.. i couldn’t hear him well over the rain, so i’m not sure what he was saying. he said it like 5 times. He said something about making “promises about my credit card.” On top of that it’s pouring rain, and I was getting wet. just give people their food and don’t be annoying and weird.

I place an online order for a plain double cheeseburger and ice cream sandwich. I arrived 5 minutes after the pickup time and had to wait about 20 minutes just to pick up my food because no one seems to want to work the front register. The burger had small amount of ketchup which i ordered only meat and cheese I had to wipe the ketchup off.Then was told they no longer sell the ice cream sandwich and that they will go to back to get an individual ice cream bar. The cashier came back to tell me the manager is not available to authorized the switch in product. So he couldn't provide me with a product or a refund for the ice cream sandwich. He then advise me to call corporate for a refund. Corporate told me they will send the refund but received a email after talking to the representative that the refund will have to come from store. I need my refund or a product to replace what I spent.

Me and my boyfriend went here today to get some icecream after looking at houses. The service was not friendly or fast. A group of 5 people walked in 10 minutes after us and all got their icecream before us. When we finally did get our ice cream after they FORGOT about us my sundae had the most minuscule amount of hot fudge on it. I wasn’t even going to bother trying to ask for more because the lady making the ice cream seemed so hostile. Not a good experience AT ALL!
