Dave & Buster's Birmingham

We came as a group of 30 to celebrate a victorious soccer season. All members of the party had a good time and the food/service was excellent!

Iur setver Ebony was kind, with customer servixe. She made sure our party of 14had everything we need

Had a great time there. We spent about 6 hours there. Had dinner there and it was fantastic. The staff there was wonderful and made sure my little boy had a GREAT time.

Do not orders a drink! 🍷 15 plus per drink. 1 margarita was $20. The food was delicious 😋.

I showed up and tried to order the “spinach dip” and was told “not to order it.”

Had a reservation for 2:30 didn't get a table until 3:20. Ordered food, drinks. Never received drinks, the whole party didn't get their food. Just awful experience. Had to get the manager who took care of our tab due to the poor service.

I had a reservation at 2:30. I got there early to see if I could get a table they about sent me and tells me that I have to wait until 230 and I stood there for over an hour waiting on a table and they see the six top that walked in in front of me and I was coming there for my birthday dinner, but I didn't enjoy myself

We were sat at 7:10 for our 7 pm reservation, saw a waitress at 7:45, received our food at 8:45 and not our full order. Waitress was very nice but overwhelmed and management never stepped in to help.

Our server was great until she was double sat. Which isn't her fault, we still tipped her well. But someone couldve helped her, we waited 15-20 min for drinks. Even more for refills in between. It was my husbands birthday party and It took us after everything about 2 hours for the meal or more. Kids were hungry and cranky, and it was just a long wait all around. Manager finally stepped in to help bring drinks, food and condiments. I felt sorry for her. She was overwhelmed, and she originally was fine with us 12 and two other tables, but she got sat 4 more times after us. It was chaotic.

We had a party of 8. Had to wait a while before the waitress ever came to ask what we wanted to drink. She finally took our orders, about 40 minutes later 4 of the orders cane out... over an hour after they got their food, we FINALLY received the other 4 orders. She was rude. Within the 3 hours or so that we sat at the table, she brought very few refills, she never picked up the empty plates/cups off the table. Her attitude and facial expressions to me were the worst I've experienced anywhere! I love the dave & busters in Chattanooga. But I will NEVER go to the one in Birmingham again. Also, gratuity was included in the ticket.... I definitely would not have tipped her the $40 that they charged. I feel like some servers do a pathetic job because they know they will be tipped regardless of how the service is. It was a horrible experience!

The only complaint is, it was too loud and it was hard hearing my son and husband when we talked with each other.

Kids running pushing smaller kids no parents to be seing any were they just drop kids off bad experience

Tonight was my first time going, so I was very excited! However, the staff is not friendly. The waiter took forever to bring our drinks and the appetizers took even longer. Once I received the appetizers, a waiter named Anonymous rudely told us that if we’re thinking about ordering something else we need to hurry up, although it was only 10 pm. The food was burnt and dry. The drinks suck.
