I had a reservation at 2:30. I got there early to see if I could get a table they about sent me and tells me that I have to wait until 230 and I stood there for over an hour waiting on a table and they see the six top that walked in in front of me and I was coming there for my birthday dinner, but I didn't enjoy myself

We were sat at 7:10 for our 7 pm reservation, saw a waitress at 7:45, received our food at 8:45 and not our full order. Waitress was very nice but overwhelmed and management never stepped in to help.

Our server was great until she was double sat. Which isn't her fault, we still tipped her well. But someone couldve helped her, we waited 15-20 min for drinks. Even more for refills in between. It was my husbands birthday party and It took us after everything about 2 hours for the meal or more. Kids were hungry and cranky, and it was just a long wait all around. Manager finally stepped in to help bring drinks, food and condiments. I felt sorry for her. She was overwhelmed,...
