Just had a pizza delivered through Uber eats (8/8/2022 8:20pm) and it was infested with ants… not sure what happened with this order

Just went there. Used to go all the time when we lived in the area, so we decided to stop in, as previously, we had a great time, with good food. Unfortunately, this time, either we were forgotten about, we didn't look like the type of customer they want in their restaurant, or they have their favorite customers that they will step over you for. Because we sat for about 15 mins or so after ordering our drinks. Which was odd because it wasn't that busy and they had several servers working. We then watched a couple walk in, sit at the table next to us, promptly get their drink order taken and served to them AND have their food order taken all within the next 2 mins. While we were still waiting on our drinks. No one ever came back to bring our drinks or take our food order. Avoid this place if you care about service. It is sad what this place has become. I would be embarrassed if I owned or ran this place.

My husband and I dine here often, so often, that we order the same thing every time. We always get the fettuccine Alfredo and the tortellini Alfredo, BOTH add chicken, which is an extra 12 bucks. Well, they didn't put the $12 chicken on either dish. I called back after an hour drive to inform them that no chicken was added, the lady that I spoke with CONFIRMED with the kitchen that they did not add the chicken, apologized for the inconvenience, then told me to call back in 2 hours to speak with a manager. This manager Casey, who claims to be the owners daughter, told me she would refund the entire $60 meal and asked for a picture. She then text me back and told me that her and 6 other staff saw chicken in my husband's fettuccine, and accused me of lying about it. They only refunded me for $6... yes 6 bucks! Thanks for the not so wonderful customer service! Do yourself a favor folks and go to Olive Garden. At least you'll get your money's worth and a salad. Davinci's has also cut their portion size by more than half, so why bother!

This is one of the best Pizza spots in Birmingham. I went on a weekday afternoon so it wasn't very busy. The pizza was amazing and the crust was just right. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in this part of town.

Could be the worst Italian Food I've ever had. Service was spotty, food took too long, and most of all it was just bad. My wife ordered the eggplant parm and she said it was decent. I had Pasta with meat sauce and it was almost inedible. Prego with ground beef would have been better. My two sons had the chick parm and said the chicken was ok but the pasta with the sauce was not good. Even the draft beers tasted bad. I love "hole in the wall" restaurants...especially Italian ones, but was definitely disappointed in this one.

My favorite Italian on this side of town. Great little house full of great food. The baked cities is my favorite but I've never had anything here I didn't enjoy. Order the garlic bread with cheese while you wait!
Parking: Best bet for parking is in the nearby hotel lot or behind the building
