“My first impressions were this is a very nice environment. Bright, open, airy and organized. I was excited to try the confetti cake bcuz I'd seen it at the Vestavia Hills location, but they were sold out of them. I'm not a regular customer so I wasn't sure if this cake was their first roll-out of large, shareable desserts. Anyway the cake was presented to me before it was boxed up and I was satisfied with its appearance. I finally tried some later on at home and was surprised that it tasted like a fine dusting of cornstarch was present on it. I mean, that's the first thing that came to mind. The cake had a large crumb like a box cake would. Overall, I was somewhat disappointed but I chalked it up to it being cold, as they keep certain desserts refrigerated. The baker did tell me the cake was brushed with condensed milk, which isn't a bad thing. It adds another layer of flavor and moisture. Well, at this point, I put the cake in the cabinet overnight. The next day, it tasted way better! I gave half of it away, and finished my piece. I can't wait until the strawberry shortcake rotates back around.“

“Please, please please be patient with these people working here. They are working so hard and are probably being overworked and understaffed. Crumble is super popular right now and I will tell you what the addition of this Dubai chocolate brownie. I am a lifetime customer. It literally tastes exactly like a Dubai chocolate bar. And most other locations really Don’t give a lot of filling, which is the part that I like the post in this location did everything perfectly and the customer service was phenomenal. We are lucky to have a crumble out here in Trussville thanks to you guys and the amazing team that works here!“

“Decided to take a last minute trip to Birmingham this weekend and wanted to try this place. Can’t recommend them enough! The customer service was phenomenal and automatically makes you want to go back. And to top it off, the cookies were so fresh and warm. Absolutely a place I will be visiting.
