Driver held our soda in between his legs and and did not apologize or have any concern for how that looked when my husband opened the door. This is not something a customer should see when their food is being delivered! The drivers name was Chuck!
We had Domino’s delivered tonight ( 5 items) and my husband dropped my daughter’s pizza when trying to pay. The Domino’s insurance is only for carryout but the manager in Birmingham, AL at the Highway 280 location was kind enough to send a replacement. Now that’s customer service!!!!!! Thank you Domino’s!!!
