Service was not good employee was so nonchalant not informative of my order & when my food was done sat it on the counter & didn't say a word. The food was cold tasted at least a hour & some change old hard dough.

I really like Domino's in general, but something is going on with this location. We went from getting delicious pizza with generous toppings to dry, skimpy, doughy pizza in a matter of weeks. The change is very obvious, as if they l've gotten some ridiculous directive to use less toppings. Really disappointed in my last two orders. I'll be trying a neighboring Domino's which is 20 minutes further away from the Forestdale location with hopes that I can get a quality pizza again. I do not recommend this location, but I will say that customer service is typically a plus here.

If I could give this sorry location a 0 I would. Ordered tonight and as usual waited over an hour for cold pizza. Refund and a courtesy pizza. The usual...why not provide better service. Keyonna the manager said that all pizzas must go and personally she doesn't eat there....Wow

I have to say this was an interesting experience!! Made my night! Our delivery driver Brandi pulled up and I went out to her car….she told me she had to go back because she forgot something….I was kidding and said you forgot my pizza didn’t you? Yes…she forgot the pizza!! We laughed and she went and returned quickly with the pizza!! She made my night!!! She’s great!! Hey Brandi don’t forget the pizza next time!! Hahaha. Hope to get Brandi every time I order. She’s fabulous! My pizza was great!!

I ordered online my house is literally 12 mins away a hour later I get a message saying my food has been delivered. My food was never delivered not only that no one gave me call or anything I was told the delivery driver couldn’t find the address. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN THE ENTIRE STAFF SUCKS!!!!!

I’m not even going to talk about the delivery time - because whatever. What I will talk about is the fact that my pizzas allArrived looking like they were cooked earlier on the day or even yesterday and then reheated. I can’t even eat it because it looks so old.

I don't know who the young black guy is in there messing up orders and trying to insult customers just for returning orders. He kept messing up the orders and I don't wanna speculate but this is not normal for a employee to over step a supervisor and just insult customers for returning a order and asking for their money back.There was no need to fat shame me swing your arms as if you saying get out of here just because I wanted my money back.

I bought a extra large meatzza pizza, with Brooklyn style crust. I also got an order of the new Philly cheesesteak loaded tots. The pizza and the tots were fantastic and I give Dominos a big fat cheesey ??? you've got to love it and it's no chicken
