Has good food but horrible customer service, ordered a pizza online and there were issues with the tracking system so I called and the lady who picked up was no help.She didnt check anything about the order for us at all and gave no info on the order.

I ordered my food online coming from Pinson and it still wasn’t ready when I got there . I didn’t mind waiting but they made me leave the drive thru,& go to the front saying that it’ll be 20-30 mins . After I waited and went in I found out my food had been sitting there the whole time and didn’t receive it because it was a car side pickup , yet I was parked right in car side after they told me to get out the drive thru . S/N : the food was nasty and cold for the first time ever !

Placed an online. Arrived at the store to told that they hadn’t started my order yet. I wait 15 minutes to then be told that they never received my order. Showed them the email confirmation to THEN be told Oh Yeah that is this store. To THEN be told it would be another 20 minute wait. Meanwhile you have 5-8 workers standing around waiting for something to do. And the pizza is usually overcooked. Subpar location.

I always enjoy my meal from here. Easy, quick, reliable. But today was terrible. I ordered a custom pasta and once I got it I was so excited to eat. Only to find out I had clumps of hair in my food. I was looking at it like “nah this is my hair” but it wasn’t. It was all mixed up in my food. I called the store and they said “call back in a hour for Ms****” the least u could’ve done right then and there was give me my money back. I’m starving and your tilling me I have to wait a hour? Never again… I just want my money back..I’d rather order from Pizza Hut where the food actually tastes good and there’s not a limit on cash. The worst part is I used my card online. It would’ve been so easy to give it back.
Amber my driver decided to pull into my driveway honk her horn at my door instead of getting out of her car to delivered my food to my door. Dont never send her back to my house??????????????????????????

Customer service is good. Young man at the counter is very friendly. But needs to be advised by management to keep his fingers out of his mouth. He was biting his nails while taking orders. Again, very friendly but needs to he more conscious of hands, mouth and handling food.
