This store has gone done significantly. I ordered 2, $6 breakfast meals on croissant instead of bagel with a hot coffee. I was given ice coffee. I told the cashier, she sd pull down. Instead of giving me the incorrect coffee for the inconvenience, she took them back. I pulled down awaiting the correct coffee and noticed the order was on a bagel. When the cashier came out with the correct coffee I told her the order was incorrect. She took the bagels back. I believe they took the incorrect order and placed the meat on a croissant, cheese was not melted at all. The hashbrown smell like clorox.

The reason it's just Dunkin and not Dunkin Donuts is because the donuts are terrible. Circle K has a fresh donut delivered every night and it's much better quality and taste. Of course one of the local donut shops are the best. Shipley for one! Also the staff person preparing the breakfast sandwiches (pre-made and heated up) was so loud yelling out the orders to pickup.

I ordered 9/10/24. two green goddess wraps. 2 apple fritters. 1 medium coffee. And one maple bacon croissant with extra bacon. Got home. My said there's egg on it. And probably one piece of bacon broken in half. I has jus gotten of work. This was our breakfast. Not once did I say anything about egg. I looked at sign, it wasn't maple bacon & egg.. I just feel cheated. The guy was nice though

I stopped by this store for the first time. In drive through I ordered a croissant with ham, egg and cheese. Hash browns and 2 doughnuts. What I got was a chicken sandwich egg, no hash browns and the wrong doughnuts. Literally 0-3 on my order and I was the only one in line.
