Every time I come to this Dunkin’, my drink is made exactly how I like it! The staff are great at recommending drinks too, especially if you’re unsure what to get. I’ve ordered donuts a few times and they’ve always been fresh, never stale basically just the classic Dunkin’ taste.
The employees are consistently kind and welcoming. Some are a little more laid-back and others more energetic, but everyone I’ve encountered has been polite and helpful. They don’t mind complicated orders and always handle them with a good attitude.
I usually go through the drive-thru, but today I went inside to sit and enjoy my coffee and donuts. The inside could’ve used a quick wipe-down and a bit of sweeping because there were some crumbs on the tables but it wasn’t dirty, just a little messy from the morning rush. I wiped my own table and it was fine.
Overall, this Dunkin’ is solid with friendly service, great drinks, and fresh donuts. I’ll definitely keep coming back since it’s right around the corner and the team here is always kind and consistent.

Since miss,Kelly left the place is going down hill ,the women at the drive-through was rushing me this morning. Didn’t get my order right,my bagel is so hard an no cream cheese ,a nobody ever picks up the damn phone ,I have been coming here for over 3 years. But the last week has been horrible there ,the girl laughs in the intercom as your trying to order ,today she gave me a attitude cause I didn’t tip ,the look on her face when I didn’t tip

The drive thru service needs some work. This is over the course of several visits. They’re typically pretty slow and make you wait. Last visit I was asked 5 different times what I was waiting on. The ice coffee we ordered just had granulated sugar poured in and it settled to the bottom - the taste was really lacking.
The cashier will basically always prompt you to Tip before payment and they hand the kiosk over to you by hand to make the situation worse.
Every time I have tipped ahead of service/coffee - I have regretted it because it’s rarely right or great.

If you do not give the cashier a tip in the a.m , she will purposely mess up your coffee order!! Insane.. This has happened more than twice for me!! So I decided to just bring cash to see if I got the same reaction, this time my iced coffee was literally milk!! Tips are optional, the times I have left tips, my order is perfect!!
