Charles, Chiranda and the other staff was absolutely amazing, and so friendly! The only reason I didn't put great service or great atmosphere is because the general manager Kelly was extremely rude! I've dealt with her several times, and it's never a pleasant experience!Parking: Plenty of parking.

I love this Dunkin' location! I probably go 2-3 times a week, just to get an iced coffee. I chose to get a coffee this morning before heading to a scheduled appointment. It is super easy to swing in and out of this location, because the drive-thru line is usually not long at all. I always use the app on my phone, so I am able to earn points and rewards. The staff at this location are always so friendly and my coffee is almost always made perfectly. This Dunkin' is always kept so clean, which makes it even more appealing for me to continue getting my coffee from here!

They can never seem to make the coffee right or follow directions. I’ve gave them two different opportunities months apart and same result. I will no longer be using this location, you’re better off paying the extra $0.50 at Starbucks a quarter mile down the road, they never mess up.
absolutely ridiculous experience. we ordered three iced lattes from the drive through, waited for nearly fifteen before finally asking for our money back. two teenage girls whom i’m assuming don’t work there came up to the window, said “hi,” and held their phone up as if they were taking our picture. they were running around the inside screaming, laughing, and yelling. we were checked on twice, and they still had not started on our drinks (although the teen girls who were mentioned above had theirs and were taking a seat as we pulled out) when checked on the second time, which was when we kindly asked for our money back. i too work in the service industry and am no stranger to indulging friends when they come in, but this was something next level. starbucks would never.

When this store first opened, the glazed donuts were always perfectly warm and delicious in the drive-thru. Now when I pick up my order, the donuts are always cold. And this has been going on over a year. Not very pleasant. Idk why it changed. Please bring back warm delicious donuts.
