Slow and rude, like girl you work at a doughnut shop, but 7:26 pm on Thursday and you’re out . It’s hard to find good people to operate these kinds of businesses. Low hourly wages show

I have to consistently remind myself to not come here, but i keep giving it chances. In the past the drive thru took ages to get through, no matter if i was the only one in line or if there were 3 cars in front of me. Ive resorted to going inside now, so i dont know how that is anymore.
Most recently, the customer service person had a hard time with the POS. I ordered and iced chai and she asked if it was “the green one.” She had to ask management for help with removing an item and where items were on the POS.
My iced chai came to me as an entire cup of ice with milk and a pump of chai in it, i couldnt even put my straw through. I asked them to remake it which they did, but it still came out as white, just with less ice.
Customer service was nice and they did all they could.
The customer service workers are NOT the issue and are NOT at fault. This is a manager and training issue. There have been barely any changes in the past year of how orders are made and carried out. Ive had multiple wrong orders, or things just not coming out the way they’re supposed to. The team must have a high turnover rate if every time i come in, the person at the register hasn't been trained on the POS. I understand the location of this dunkin probably calls for corporate not giving a damn, but i love dunkin. I’ll have to drive farther away if i ever want it, but this place has tainted it for me. Hopefully me writing this review will finally solidify for me that i wont be giving this place any more chances.

I went here before I saw these reviews. I paid for two larges and they didn’t fill up either cup. I removed the ice from the left one and I get that it’s supposed to have ice in the drink but only getting about half the cup of actual iced coffee is a hard sell when 7Brew is up the hill and won’t cheat me out of proportions like that. Both locations advertise full proportions on their menus and whatnot, the difference is that here you don’t get the full proportion that is advertised.

Speaking of 7Brew, their iced coffees are about the same price so would you rather pay full price here and get an inch of ice coffee missing or would you rather pay full price and get a full cup of iced coffee?

Not the donuts I remember. Dry, no taste. Tastes like they have been frozen and stored before serving. I remember "Tome to make the Donuts" fresh made daily!!!

Food is always stale, even early in the morning. Staff are lazy. There will be no line and they still tell you to go park in the parking lot. What's the point of the drive through then? Needs new management and employees badly

This location the staff I have encountered are not very friendly and they seem not to want to hand out sugar and cream. I was picking up a Mobil order one morning, asked for additional sugar and cream but was told for the size coffee I ordered I could only get 4 of each and she abruptly closed the window then walked away. I sat there, being ignored and waving to get her attention. She finally returned because I refused to drive away and was given 2 more sugars and cream. This last time I picked up an order they were totally out of creamer.
Also, please make sure the coffee is hot because it wasn’t the last time I was there.

Parking: I really enjoy Dunkin’s egg and maple ham croissant .

went by the other afternoon and ordered two drinks in the drive thru. I received one drink so I’m obviously waiting for my other one. I overhear one worker ask the cashier why was I just sitting there and she responded idk I guess she’s still waiting on that drink pointing at the one the other girl is holding in her hand…. Then the other girl was like check her receipt… they didn’t check it but if they would’ve asked for it I would’ve gave it to them because why would I just be sitting in their drive thru? Also I wouldn’t pay almost $12 for just ONE drink 😂 and I was the only customer they had

I’ve been here two times so far and both times we waited in the drive thru line for about 10 minutes on a Friday but after we ordered we got our coffee, food, and left. Came back on a Sunday morning when there was no line. We ordered coffee and food and they had us park in the front to wait… we waited for another 10 minutes for 2 easy orders. The girl came out and was very nice but she said “I was wondering why this was sitting out here until I looked outside and saw you!”🙃

Only the Truth

This has to be one of the worst DD’s on earth. They can’t cook food. The brisket bowl is disgusting. And where is the brisket? One tiny piece??!!!! Cook your hash browns…..they are nasty. And pick up the speed. Slow is an understatement.
