DO NOT PURCHASE A CAKE FROM HERE. I placed an order two weeks prior to the birthday party and when my husband showed up to pick it up they claimed to not have any knowledge of the order. They sent my husband away without even attempting to make it right because the “cake lady was not working”. So I leave my daughter’s birthday and come down there myself and demand they do something to make this right. The manager just stands there and won’t even apologize. He tries to tell me that “they are not affiliated with the website”. This is Baskin Robbin’s right? He does not offer a refund, a replacement cake, nothing. He stands there and looks at me like I am crazy soooo here we go. I look over at the pre made cakes in the freezer and I say I will just take one of these then. He proceeds to tell me “we don’t usually do that but okay”. At this point I’m obviously fuming and I just walk out with a cake half the price of what I paid for. Super disappointing and I can see from the reviews that this is not the first second third time so save yourself the headache. Seriously disappointing customer service which is so sad because this could be a very profitable location I believe.

Jelly donut managed to be dry. Coffee was thin and tasteless. Asked if I could put my milk in myself, request ignored. Way over milked. Atmosphere of of a hospital. Only if you're desperate...

I could be wrong, but I have been getting the ice matcha latte for forever now (4+ years). The girl told me that it comes with expresso (with attitude), and I have never had something so disgusting. It is normally sweet and creamy. I even asked for sugar and it didn’t work. I have never went to any other place (Starbucks or Dunkin), and they put expresso in my ice matcha latte unless I requested it. Any other time I went before this experience it was spot on! Never again though!

I just left this place I wanted two ice cream cones with two suop on each cone they didn't even want to make me no ice cream why come to work if you don't want to work in they was out of everything just close the hold store down immediately they just getting free money off y'all

I asked for a chai latte, they gave me matcha. No worries, I like both! The ice cream is so tasty! I got one scoop of mint chocolate chip and one scoop of old fashioned butter pecan. It actually paired really well together!

I cannot praise enough about the employees they have working at this location. When I arrived on a heavily busy Saturday morning, there were only three women working the entire store. They did not let that stop them or slow them down in anyway. My drink orders were perfection, and the customer service was top notch. This locations best asset is the employees that they had working this past Saturday morning.
