“The location is difficult to get in and out of and there are only two parking spots with one of them being disabled parking. The drive-thru is your best bet but if you are at the Kirklin Clinic you can easily walk over. The staff was friendly and I received my coffee and donut quickly. The lobby was clean and while seating is limited inside there is a table outside.“
“My wife & I are stop by Dunkin' almost every morning. Might be the reason we can't be homeowners. There's consistent staff at this location who make consistent food, & are always nice! My wife's a "NYC-Dunkin'-OG" so we have standards, I suppose.
They work hard. This location stays busy. And we love "starting our day" with some smiling, familiar faces & a few bagels!“
“This location the staff I have encountered are not very friendly and they seem not to want to hand out sugar and cream. I was picking up a Mobil order one morning, asked for additional sugar and cream but was told for the size coffee I ordered I could only get 4 of each and she abruptly closed the window then walked away. I sat there, being ignored and waving to get her attention. She finally returned because I refused to drive away and was given 2 more sugars and cream. This last time I picked up an order they were totally out of creamer.
Also, please make sure the coffee is hot because it wasn’t the last time I was there.
Parking: I really enjoy Dunkin’s egg and maple ham croissant .“
“This location has made a complete 180 with everything. The store appearance, cleanliness, friendliness, and knowledge of the staff. The new management has really helped this location. I am glad I gave this dunkin another chance. I recommend this location to all of my friends and family now. I used to avoid this place !“
