Also, for everyone claiming they had a horrible experience here, Ive never been disappointed with either the staff or the quality. Everyone here is honestly super nice.

I door dashed from this Dunkin a few months ago and my iced coffee was delicious. I was back in town today and decided to door dash again. Same drinks as last time. This time my dasher was waiting for 40 minutes at the store then when my drinks arrived I noticed how dark my drink was..my husbands drink was light colored. My drink was extremely bitter, it was hard to drink it but I didn’t want to waste money! Very disappointed with this Dunkin this time

Great place for coffee and donuts service could be bad sometimes depending on how busy they are they don't treat their employees very well and you might get all of your order

Nice Dunkin donuts. Went through the drive thru. They were fast, efficient, and double checked an item on my order, as well as being friendly.
I had to update...I ordered the 10 ct donut hole variety... A little disappointed because they had 9/10 holes as chocolate (there was a blueberry one but I ate it lol ) so it would be nice if there was more variety for what I ordered . But the little mini bag they give it to you in is so cute Also on this second trip I got loaded hashbrowns. They're good but very salty in between the hash browns and the bacon bits.
I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin location. I found a fly in my coffee, and to my dismay, the management showed no concern for the issue. While customers were meeting at the back door to get their orders, I noticed a full rack of baked goods by the entrance, attracting flies from all over. I could even see where the fly came from, as there’s a dumpster right there—this is so unsanitary.
When I requested a replacement for my meal, that was the only response I received, with no further acknowledgment of the situation. I reached out to corporate, only to discover that this location isn’t even BBB certified, and I never heard back from anyone.
As someone who works at UAB Hospital, the lack of concern for customer safety is alarming. I have pictures of the fly on the napkin when I spit it out, which I can provide upon request. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. If I don’t hear back from anyone regarding this matter, I may have to consider legal action.
