I wish there was another location besides this one. I only have to come to this location two times out the week. And out of the two days, only once, will my drink be made correctly. I always get a large ice butter pecan coffee, one cream and one sugar, with for extra pumps of butter pecan syrup. Either, more than one cream be added in and not have my four extra pumps of syrup or my extra syrup isn’t added in at all. Every time I say something to the person at the window, that person always end up telling the person who made my drink about the issue I’m have with my drink, and then that person makes sure to say extremely loud, so that I can hear them through the drive thru, “I put everything in there as they were saying it” or “ I put the eight pumps in there”. And last but certainly not least, the person I complain to, will ask the other person, “did you put the eight pumps in”? And then they look at me. Horrible customer service! This morning, I just shook my head and drove off. I will not return to this location.

My wife & I are stop by Dunkin' almost every morning. Might be the reason we can't be homeowners. There's consistent staff at this location who make consistent food, & are always nice! My wife's a "NYC-Dunkin'-OG" so we have standards, I suppose.
They work hard. This location stays busy. And we love "starting our day" with some smiling, familiar faces & a few bagels!

Went there last week and the drinks weren't great. Got a vanilla bean iced coffee and the new green watermelon drink which wasn't good at all, they're supposed to ask if you want it with lemonade or tea and I'm pretty sure they didn't add any sugar so it was extremely bland and a little bitter. When I've tried it at other locations it's been delicious. The coffee I got didn't taste great either but I drank it anyway. The girl at the window was super friendly but whoever made the drinks was off their game that day.

There an older lady that works the window who had been consistently unfriendly. I live close so I use to stop here before my commute to work. I no longer go there because the lady always gets my order wrong, very unprofessional and unfriendly. I use to think that maybe 1 or 2 times of getting y order wrong is ok. But I’ve notice any time she’s working my order is wrong, food is ALWAYS cold so much so my stuff bengals are frozen. It’s only her so I think she does this on purpose. Just yesterday I went there and she forgot my cold foam. Literally snatched my cup out my hand and right after she gave me my cup back she rudely shut the window in my face. I threw my coffee away cause I don’t trust her. Any other employees my order has been correct hot and perfect. That lady needs another profession. Next time if I decide to come back I’m coming inside to address this. I believe this lady does this on purpose I’ve witness her being rude to other poc people. I witness her being rude to a man that needed help with ordering from the app and she flat out refuse to take his order and made him go through the drive thru. And complained about it to me. Lady if you hate your job find another profession. She is the older white lady that works the window. She’s mean, extremely unprofessional, rude and purposefully gives ppl the wrong order or old disgusting coffee. Many times I had to throw my coffee away because of her. I’ve been coming here for over a year. She’s has consistently been this way. I’m sure others have this experience with her
