If you're not going to pay, then please don't advertise on Upside.
I personally am not a big donut person but when I get the urge to have one I always buy a dozen on my way to the gym so that I can have ONE donut to satisfy my urge and then give the rest to the gym staff lol....not sure they have caught on they are my guinea pigs yet lol.....anyway, on with this review. This location is actually closer to my gym so it was the first place I shopped, then I just felt that the place was a bit dingy feeling, the staff seemed rather rude and uncaring for the most part, and they never had much of a selection of fresh donuts to pick from!! NOW, with that said, I discovered the one at Meadowbrook, which I am going to assume must be a totally different franchisee because they operate totally differently. The one at Meadowbrook is bright and clean looking, the staff is always welcoming and friendly with big smiles to serve and the cases are always full of fresh donuts to pick from. So, with that said? IF this is NOT a different owner then he really needs to check his management and staff at this location because they lack compared to Meadowbrook. Anyway, needless to say, I don't buy any donuts from this location and always go a bit out of my way up the road to Meadowbrook to get them when the urge strikes!! Sorry Dunkin at Birmingham you just are not up to par here!!
Terrible customer service!!! Sometimes I go there and they give me a pup cup and sometimes they say “we don’t do that at this location” One time I had to pay for one. This time I even offered to pay for whipped cream and they told me no. They are not even nice about it. If I could rate this Dunkin' 0 stars I would!! This location makes Dunkin' as a whole look bad.

The last two times I went to this location they were out of parts of my order and refused to give me a refund. They told me to reach out to the online service and I never heard back from them. Save your money.
I'll admit that I went at an awkward time of day, but they had NO donuts to sell, not even plain glazed donuts. And when I tried to speak to the employee at the front he just looked at me like he didn't speak English.

Everything was amazing, fantastic and great and the donuts were very good and great service. For me everything was great and one more thing the employees we're very nice and kind and respectful and it was a very good experience.

I ordered these for a kids party. I knew they would think they were awesome. Unfortunately, the advertised photo and what I actually got were not quite the same lol. But hey they tasted great!
Kiki needs to be FIRED. I big liar! Refuse to give me a refund, state her name and said food ulwas suppose to be served COLD, really(eggs, bacon and bread). Brittany, if you are the manager please remove this girl immediately.

I wish there was another location besides this one. I only have to come to this location two times out the week. And out of the two days, only once, will my drink be made correctly. I always get a large ice butter pecan coffee, one cream and one sugar, with for extra pumps of butter pecan syrup. Either, more than one cream be added in and not have my four extra pumps of syrup or my extra syrup isn’t added in at all. Every time I say something to the person at the window, that person always end up telling the person who made my drink about the issue I’m have with my drink, and then that person makes sure to say extremely loud, so that I can hear them through the drive thru, “I put everything in there as they were saying it” or “ I put the eight pumps in there”. And last but certainly not least, the person I complain to, will ask the other person, “did you put the eight pumps in”? And then they look at me. Horrible customer service! This morning, I just shook my head and drove off. I will not return to this location.

They put their new items on the menu and when you try to order them they talk to you like you’re stupid because “These items aren’t available yet”. Well…stop putting them on the menu then? Or maybe put a sign up that says they aren’t available yet? Also one of the ladies there is super rude every time I go through.
