There an older lady that works the window who had been consistently unfriendly. I live close so I use to stop here before my commute to work. I no longer go there because the lady always gets my order wrong, very unprofessional and unfriendly. I use to think that maybe 1 or 2 times of getting y order wrong is ok. But I’ve notice any time she’s working my order is wrong, food is ALWAYS cold so much so my stuff bengals are frozen. It’s only her so I think she does this on purpose. Just yesterday I went there and she forgot my cold foam. Literally snatched my cup out my hand and right after she gave me my cup back she rudely shut the window in my face. I threw my coffee away cause I don’t trust her. Any other employees my order has been correct hot and perfect. That lady needs another profession. Next time if I decide to come back I’m coming inside to address this. I believe this lady does this on purpose I’ve witness her being rude to other poc people. I witness her being rude to a man that needed help with ordering from the app and she flat out refuse to take his order and made him go through the drive thru. And complained about it to me. Lady if you hate your job find another profession. She is the older white lady that works the window. She’s mean, extremely unprofessional, rude and purposefully gives ppl the wrong order or old disgusting coffee. Many times I had to throw my coffee away because of her. I’ve been coming here for over a year. She’s has consistently been this way. I’m sure others have this experience with her

I used to go to this location a couple times a week, due to the convenience of the location. Now I rarely go. Over the last 6 months or so, I have become more and more displeased with it. It seems like the drive-thru wait has gotten much longer. The coffee NEVER tastes the same, despite it being the same order. One of the last times I went, I paid for extra syrup, to ensure it wasn’t bitter, only for it to have little to no syrup. It was one of the worst coffees I’ve ever received from them, EVER and certainly did not contain extra syrup. The inconsistency of the taste of the drinks is very frustrating.

Went through the drive thru in dead middle of traffic today to get a coffee bc it’s been a long day and I’m tired. Apparently, the little girl in the drive thru is also having a hard day, which is fine, however having an attitude with the customers who drive thru I’m 100% positive isn’t in her job description. I asked her if I had done something to cause her to have such an attitude with me considering I’d just pulled up and immediately been asked to wait, which I did patiently. When she said no, I just asked why there was such a need for her attitude then and she told me to get out of her drive thru and refused to give me her name. I just think if you’re gunna tell me to get out of “your drive thru” then you ought to have enough stance behind it to tell me your name too. I’ve never had an issue here before, however, this girl may need a little more training on what customer service entails.

The man and woman working the drive thru were very unfriendly. I asked for a pup cup (where every other location I’ve been to serves them) and they stated they “don’t do pup cups”. I had a pretty large order for my family and the woman speaking cut me off before I was finished ordering. I was one of two in line, so they weren’t busy. The man taking my card was very unfriendly also. Very disappointed in this location.

This particular Dunkin' is located in the 280 Station shopping plaza in Inverness, Alabama. It was a convenient way to start my day as it was within walking distance from my hotel. In fact, I came across it when I was taking my early morning walk and saw the familiar Dunkin' signage. So, I had a bit of breakfast as I walked.The interior, as you would expect from a Dunkin' location, is bright and cheerful. The service here was friendly enough. They have a drive-through here and also the new self-ordering kiosk.Overall, this was a solid choice to grab a cup of coffee and a little morning temptation of breakfast. Nothing like a bit of sugary adrenaline to start your day.I will give it five stars overall and I would definitely recommend this particular Dinkin' location.

Come in here the place is nasty , no toilet paper in the bathroom, including food is dry and terrible. There is one employee that is nice but the females are lazy and worry more about their phones. I literally watched one female run to her phone and the lobby was horrible one table had poop or chocolate smeared all over it, crumbs all over the floor no wonder they are hiring. Hopefully they hire the right people next time actual workers not teenagers that worry about their cell phones

Sunday May 28th 2023I ordered a medium cold brew I received and paid for a large that looked like weak ice tea. I asked him about it he said yeah that's what our cold brew looks like. I wish i had taken a picture,because nope it was watered down coffee. Just so disappointing. I would have gone back but I was traveling. I will be contacting customer service.
The guy at drive thru gave me no ice in my iced coffee, and when i asked for ice in my coffee he only put 4 cubes of ice in it.

The worst DUNKIN DONUTS ever . I always come at 4 or 5 and today was the worst experience of my life by far . I don’t know what kind of day the crew members had but if it was anything like how they talked and treated me over the intercom, I feel sorry for them. I am truly appalled because they yelled and then toldp me they were closing early tonight and I knew that to be all lie because it was 3 cars behind me & 1 in front . They couldn’t hear my order and they were talking at the same time . It was awful , I just left and I will never be returning .Tried it again after 2 years , cause it was a pregnancy craving and once again they were rude. Can't wait for them to shut down and someone takes over that franchise because they have bad attitudes in there.
