If you go online, it only lets you order three dozen and if you ever try to call the shop, nobody answers and there's no voicemail. even stopping by the shop doesn't Help . We now use the D&D off Sweeny Hallow in Clay and they are amazing – the owner Barbra is on top of everything very polite and easy to work with

Well do you want me to go park and come inside with my order so I can get the promotion that’s advertised on the app? Honestly when did this location change owners? Won’t be going back here. Two staff in the drive through were too busy with something going on in the store or the car that just left the drive through ahead of me. Took 4 or 5 minutes for them to just pass me a black coffee. As I brought it inside the car and started to drive away the top popped off and spilled everywhere and burned my hand pretty good. No reaction from the girl in the window when I looked at her. I went in to get some napkins to clean up and not a word was said to me. They just kind of starred Soni returned the glare.
The worst Dunkin’ Donuts. Everytime I think I caught them on a bad day and decide to give them another chance they continue to under deliver. Employees sitting down on their phones, no acknowledgment when walking through the door, terrible drinks, flies flying around the trash cans. I would rate .5 stars if possible. My iced macchiato was basically just a teaspoon of espresso and an entire cup full of milk. Immediately threw it away

I ordered at 7:15 last night and got there at 7:20 and they were closed! Nothing on the website or the app telling anyone that. I have called and the phone doesn't even ring. It just picks up and says the mailbox is full. How do you run your business like this?
