Went to this location today for the first time and ordered caramel latte and I feel absolutely sick. As if something wasn't clean or maybe spoil. Hopefully i don't need to see a doctor. On top of that they were rude and I was the only one at the drive thru and he was rushing me.

When did DD start charging $1.64 for a pup cup? I have been frequenting this location for almost 4 years. The coffee is usually decent, and they are typically friendly. In the four years I've been going to this DD, I have never been charged for a pup cup... Until this morning. I know it's a small thing, but small things matter when it comes to customer service.

Went to this location 2 hours before they closed and proceeded to tell me that they’ve thrown away all the donuts and after we left processed to lock the doors. Never saw an establishment close 2 hours early before 0-10 do not recommend

Always seem to be out of things. The bigger issue is if you ever need to order for a big group, you can't do it here. If you go online, it only lets you order three dozen and if you ever try to call the shop, nobody answers and there's no voicemail. even stopping by the shop doesn't Help . We now use the D&D off Sweeny Hallow in Clay and they are amazing – the owner Barbra is on top of everything very polite and easy to work with
