Edgar’s Bakery in Birmingham blends cozy café charm with delicious treats. The strawberry cake is a must-try, and great breakfast selection. I took the vegetable omelette and it was very good. Service was awesome staff are super nice. Overall it’s a sweet spot for cakes, coffee, and casual bites. Definitely recommended 👌

Edgar's Bakery is a nice small bakery hidden away in the financial district in downtown Birmingham. The bakery had cute Auburn and Bama themed cookie sets on a Friday, perfect for the Saturday games. They also have freshly baked cookies, cupcakes and cakes. I ended up deciding on getting a chocolate square and a vanilla cupcake and both were so good. My only suggestion would be to label the cupcakes for their flavor. Of course chocolate and vanilla are easy to distinguish form others but they had a few other flavors that I didn't know for sure what they were. Anyway, very cute and great bakery!!

Edgar's Bakery is a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The amazing people that work at this location make you feel like you're at home when you walk in the restaurant. They are known for their cakes being amazing but their food is absolutely delicious! Treat yourself to some amazing food and a delicious cupcake or some other sweet treat!
