Bought a cheese ball yesterday for a party. Normally, it’s the best. Only this afternoon had some and was shocked how flat and tasteless it was! Just Paine cream cheese rolled in crushed pecans! Nothing inside! Not a single ingredient: no garlic, no green onions, no Worcestershire or steak sauce, let alone ham!!!! Pure fake! I am embarrassed that I served it to my guests!

I was frazzled this week and forgot to order a birthday cake in time for my husband’s birthday. Nate at this Edgar’s location went above and beyond to help me get a cake in time. It seems like a small thing but it was so kind and meant a lot to me. Of course, the food at Edgar’s is always great, but I experienced customer service that went the extra mile, and that’ll be the reason I choose Edgar’s the next time I need a special order.
